Kayla Moonreaper was a Near-Human hybrid (half Human, half Zeltron). Her biological parents were Shasta Moonreaper and Jyn Landeskog.
Biography[]
At some point before Kayla was born, her mother Shasta fell in love with the Zeltron man Jyn Landeskog. Shasta thought it was love, but Jyn was only using his pheromones to manipulate her feelings toward him. When Shasta became pregnant, Jyn disappeared from her life.
Shasta didn't consider herself a mothering type of person. So when the baby (Kayla) was born, Shasta turned her over to her close friend Valeria Kennt and Valeria adopted her. Kayla then grew up on Valeria's farmhouse on Dantooine.
In 33 BBY, Buzzy Bakken attempted to kidnap Kayla from the farmhouse in a revenge plot for something that happened with Shasta and Valeria before Kayla was even born. Valeria was able to prevent the kidnapping and save Kayla, but Buzzy escaped. Soon after that, Valeria and Kayla were forced to move from the farmhouse and find a new place to live.
Personality and traits[]
Kayla took on the fair skin and brown eyes of her mother. But a genetic defect was created between the blond Human hair color and red Zeltron hair color giving Kayla pink hair. It is unknown whether she had the ability to manipulate pheromones.
