Fen Whealim was a male Aleena and an officer in the CIS. An elite warrior, he was also an assassin operating for the Crystal Seer. He was in command of a Separatist base on Aleen which he failed to keep Oppo Rancisis from capturing. During the battle, he tried to assassinate Xzylon. However, Xzylon and Les Jamirran slew him in battle.
