Fay Rhin was the second of the three Rhin brothers of Tatooine. Born in the year 213 ABY, Fay was younger than his brother Hal but older than Jehn. He was a veteran of the Zao tenj War.
He was taken up for Jedi training on the behest of his brother Hal in the year 222 ABY.
