I can't promise she'll listen to you. She usually listens to no one but herself.

Enmi-Ola-Mundi, also known as Enmi-Ack-Moka and Enmi-Ola-Moka, was the surviving daughter of Jedi Master Ki-Adi-Mundi by his last wife Haali-Ola-Edi. She was mistress of her mother's smuggling ring after the death of the latter, and eventually a knight in the New Jedi Order.

Biography[]

Early years on Ando (18 BBY to 13 BBY)[]

Conceived shortly before the end of the Clone Wars and the death of her father, Enmi-Ola-Mundi saved her mother's life before she was born, when by passing some of her Force-sensitivity on to Haali-Ola-Edi she left her with the ability to sense danger, allowing her to catch and kill a man sent to assassinate her. Haali-Ola then traveled to Ando to hide herself, her baby, and her collection of information about the Jedi and poems by her late sister-wife Egrit-Ond-Kladi. She gave birth there, giving her daughter the public name of Enmi-Ack-Moka to conceal her parentage.

Enmi-Ola and her mother were an odd sight on Ando, which was almost entirely populated by Aqualish. Nonetheless, by the time she was aware of her surroundings, her mother had made enough friends that she never felt out of place. There were also offworlders of multiple species passing through her mother's house by the time she was four, exposing her to alien faces as a matter of course. She grew up speaking Aqualish as her first language, though she learned Basic almost as quickly, and her mother started teaching her Cerean. She also read to her from her Jedi writings, determined to teach Enmi-Ola all about her powers that she possibly could.

Refugee alongside her mother (13 BBY to 0 BBY)[]

In 13 BBY Imperial officials came to Haali-Ola's house to arrest her for trafficking in banned media. Fortunately, the combination of the efforts of one Aqualish friend and the timely arrival of the blockade runner the Padmé Amidala allowed for not only mother and daughter to escape, but for most of the banned media to go with them.

Traveling with her mother, first on the Amidala and then on other ships, taught Enmi-Ola-Mundi, in her own words: "All I ever learned before my Jedi training added the finishing touches." She continued to study her texts on the Jedi as well, until she lost them in an unfortunate incident in 4 BBY. She also started taking responsibilities in her mother's growing media ring.

Ringmaster and rogue (0 BBY to 19 ABY)[]

After her mother's death in 0 BBY, Enmi-Ola-Mundi took charge of the entire network she'd built up. She also fought alongside rebel forces several times, though she never officially joined the Alliance. However, as the New Republic grew to control much the galaxy, her smuggling ring fell largely into obsolescence, and gradually disbanded. In 11 ABY, she was approached by Luke Skywalker who invited her to train at the Jedi Praxeum on Yavin IV. She told him she would think about it, and he assured her she would be welcome at any time.

By this time, she had become something of a rogue hero. Wielding a yellow lightsaber which she had successfully constructed, after many years worth of false starts, in 6 ABY, and capable of the most basic of Force-related abilities by 10 ABY, she wandered from planet to planet, thwarting Imperials and other villains, and helping those she deemed most in need. She turned into a legend in many parts of the Outer Rim, and in some parts of the galaxy, no tale set during the later years of Galactic Civil War is complete without an appearance somewhere from Enmi-Ola-Moka, as she most commonly became known as.

Enmi-Ola-Mundi was aware, however, that her kind of behavior could only be acceptable in a certain kind of galaxy, which was slowly phasing itself out of existence with the winding down of the civil war. When it officially ended with the signing of the Pellaeon-Gavrisom Treaty, she declared, "The years of Enmi-Ola-Moka are over," and went to the Jedi Praxeum to start the respectable phase of her life.

Jedi Knight(19 ABY to 44 ABY)[]

Enmi-Ola-Mundi spent about five years as a student, and was knighted about a year before the Yuuzhan Vong invasion. She found it strange to be traveling around the galaxy again over that following year to places she had been already, only now literally cloaked in new respectability, though she never entirely lost her maverick spirit.

Once the invasion began, however, things became slightly simpler. Enmi-Ola spent much of it in the Chommell sector, helping her childhood friends from the Amidala preserve themselves in the face of the loss of their home planet of Naboo. She nearly was killed more than once during that war, and emerged from it with much more appreciation for peace than she had going in.

She kept as much involvement as she could in the reconstruction of Naboo even after the war, though then her duties sent her all over the galaxy, and would continue to do so until 44 ABY, when she was killed in a trade dispute which turned unusually ugly.
