Better known as Eledino Engineering Incorporated and established during the Clone Wars by Master Nephill with the help of Rooty Ormoj, Nephill got it going on one design: The Nashta-class Transport, designed when in exile. They had just established a military contract with the Senate when Order 66 was issued. EEI maintained cover during the Clone Wars, paid their taxes, gave their annual “donation” to the Empire. Nephill, an outlaw, could do no more for EEI, but put a Selkath, Shelkar, in the position of CEO. EEI contributed much needed ships, supplies, and funds to the Republic Remnant. The Emperor seemed to know about the EEI the whole time, until he grew tired of the charade. Darth Koon attacked EEI headquarters, capturing Nephill while at a meeting. The EEI fleet escaped, moving operations to Eria.
Founding[]
Founded by Nephill Kilner, EEI started as a simple starship garage on Naboo. He designed his personal ship, the Nashta-class Freighter, and sold two ships for a high price. He used the money to expand, designed more and more ships, and hiring designers and so forth.
Policies[]
EEI workers may just be cover stories for Republic Remnant spies and saboteurs. EEI is notorious for being content with being a smaller corporation. It conserves it's money, not taking many "big risks."
