The Eclipse Army was a branch of the Eclipse Military that was trusted with ground operations as well as the protection of the New Empire and its interests. It was under the command of Eclipse Army Command's Ground Command and High Council's Grand Commander, even rarely sometimes under Galactic President Angel during classified operations.
The Eclipse Army was formed out of the Imperialist Alliance army and soon started to conscript millions of human males into their ranks as well as having females reproduce asexually which gave the army female soldiers as well. The only difference between the asexually produced soldiers and those within the Ranger Corps was that the clone soldiers from the Rangers were cloned from nine DNA templates whereas the reproduced females were identical but not considered clones in the New Empire's Army. Humans who were conscripted were trained by drill sergeants and later had to go through an extreme training course to ensure that they were the best the Eclipse Army needed.

Eclipse Ranger Corps[]
Although the Eclipse Ranger Corps was filled with clones, they were still considered part of the Army but in their own separate branch. Ranger CTUs were expertly trained to that of an Army trooper and Ranger.
Personnel[]
Eclipse Army officers had always wore uniforms and sometimes would wear combat armour. Although Eclipse Army Troopers were inferior when compared to the Army Rangers, they still were considered the best of the Army forces. Army Rangers were different from the Ranger Corps and that being they were pure human and not cloned from a DNA template. Many of the troopers of the Army were given extremely powerful armour and trained by drill sergeants of the Alliance and Old Empire.
Eclipse Army Officers were trained by the highest ranking officers in the Military to the very edge of their ability, ensuring that once they were able to serve, they'd be the best of the best as well as extremely loyal to their President.
Other Army personnel included engineers, technician officers, weapon gunners, weapon specialists, heavy weapons troopers, snipers, scouts, and combat medics.
