The Ebon Hawk, or the Night Vulture as it was called during the Great Sith Civil War and the Black Republic time period, was a Dynamic-class freighter and smuggler ship that rose to fame during the Jedi Civil War.
After Revan, the ship feel into the hands of the Jedi Exile, who used it in her quest to stop the Sith Triumvirate.
After her, it feel under Byron's ownership who retooled the ship and adapted it's new name: the Night Vulture. Byron's added modifications to the ship included a new coat of paint, a militrary-grade stealth field generator, and an upgraded hyperdrive with advanced shelding.
Twenty years later, the Dark Hero used this ship on her mission to locate the Sith holocrons. During this time, the current crew crossed paths with HK-47, who relayed the ship's history to Byron and the Dark Hero. While onboard, HK discovered a hologram recording of T3-M4 in the communications room.
After killing Darth Exitium, the Dark Hero wandered alone through the galaxy with the Night Vulture. For the next galactic year, the Dark Hero would travel extensively on various adventures tied to the current affairs of the time period. These include taken down a group of renegade Jedi, resolving the Republic's inner-turmoil, and dissolving a potential droid revolution with the assistance of HK-47.
When the Dark Hero eventually returned to Dromund Kaas to confront the Emperor, she died leaving ownership of the ship now to HK-47.

The Night Vulture version of the Ebon Hawk is based off mods for Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords that changes the Hawk's textures to a jet-black scheme.
