Earth Republic Crisis, also unofficially referred to as Republican Civil War, was a three year civil war between the Republic Loyalist Army and Republic Remnant for control of the planet that was sparked by the death of former Supreme President Kent Sanders eight years before.
Traces of the Republic Remnant's formation could be traced back to the Atlas Civil War years before.
Former Councillor of the Supreme Council of the United Republic Davis Jones formed the Republic Loyalist Army with General Lucas Walker, Fleet Admiral Alan Recker, Commander Jerry Watkins and with the help of Galactic Republic members Jedi Knight and General Zoey Johnson, who was born on Earth, and CC-1115 of the 115th Battalion.
Former Councillor Lucy Rose formed the Republic Remnant with General Ben Rose, Admiral Jack Smith with the help of one unnamed Dark Angel and 2 OOM Command battle droids of the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
After Order 66 was issued by Palpatine, Slayer ordered his troops to kill Zoey Johnson which they did successfully while Republic Loyalists later attacked the clones.
Prelude[]
During the last days of the Old United Republic of Earth, the Supreme Council of the United Republic fell into a crisis where they remained leaderless for eight years until 21 BBY which the Republic Remnant was formed as well as the Republic Loyalist Army with both armies fighting for control of Earth.

Loyalist Armed Forces General Lucas Walker helped in the defence of the Remnant invasion on the capital of the Republic Loyalist Army with the help of Fleet Admiral Alan Recker and Commander of the 13th Airborne squadron Jerry Watkins. It was a short and deadly battle of the Earth Republic Crisis, or publicly known as Republican Civil War. The battle resulted in 8,283 clones being killed as well as 15,382 Loyalist soldiers with only a number of 6 civilians killed, though it was rumoured that more civilians were killed.
The battle resulted in a Loyalist victory while Remnant forces retreated back to the heart of the Remnant power, Russia.
20 BBY: Battle of Japan[]

The Battle of Japan was one of many battles in the course of three years that occured on Earth between the Republic Loyalist Army and Republic Remnant which involved most of the Loyalist Military and Remnant Military forces to be called to Japan following the defection of Remnant Navy Captain Jenkins Sanders who was willing to give the Loyalists everything they needed to know about the Remnant's battle plans, supply routes and most of all, future construction projects. Remnant Intelligence of wind of the defection and quickly reacted by sending a large force of Remnant soldiers to take Jenkins out before he could reach into the hands of the Loyalists while Davis Jones sent a force of 20 soldiers to get him out of Japan.
Later the Loyalisy Navy fleet had stopped and held position about 12 miles east of Japan with Fleet Admiral Alan Recker deploying the 13th Airborne squadron with Commander Jerry Watkins while a Remnant Navy fleet was also deployed by Lucy Rose which both navies later engaged one another while ground forces engaged on the island of Japan.
Later after two days of on-going fighting, the Republic Remnant was pushed back into mainland Asia by the Republic Loyalist Army but was unsuccessful on extracting Jenkins Sanders out of Japan as he was killed by the Dark Angel of the Republic Remnant.

Republic Loyalist Army and Republic Remnant territories in 19 BBY
After one year of war, the Republic Remnant's remaining forces were pushed into Moscow where they gathered and defended the city with everything they had left from the war effort. Later Jones had gotten the Loyalist Military, with the help of Jedi General Zoey Johnson and CC-1115 to assault the Russian Capital to once and for all defeat the Republic Remnant. The Remnant Navy made its final stand in the Indian sea where the Loyalist Navy also sent their fleet to engage them while ground forces assault Moscow.
The Battle of the Navies was as large and big as the Battle of Moscow which both Remnant Military and Loyalist Military engaged in combat with large armies and navies when the Loyalists were making a final strike at the Republic Remnant while they were weak and without large suppport. Davis Jones wasn't present at either battles. Zoey, CC-1115 and Lucas were present at the Battle of Moscow with Recker and Watkins with the Loyalist fleet engaging the Remnant's forces.
Slayer stayed close to Zoey, prior to Order 66, during the battle in Moscow which there were a lot of clones around him and only two sergeants of the Republic Loyalists which after Order 66 was given, the clones killed Johnson and the Loyalist sergeants witnessed and alerted Lucas as then he witnessed the clones killing the sergeants and turned the Republic Loyalists against the Galactic Republic and fought for Zoey Johnson.
Aftermath[]
Later after the 115th Battalion retreated and escaped from Earth, the Republic Remnant was defeated and then the Loyalist Army was reorganized into the New United Republic of Earth by Davis Jones who then became the Supreme President. General Lucas Walker was promoted to General of the Army, Fleet Admiral Alan Recker was promoted to Admiral of the Navy and Jerry Watkins being promoted to Commander of the Air Force for the New United Military. The restored Supreme Council of the United Republic then sparked the United Republic Civil War a few years later during the Post-Remnant era.
Earth was once again peaceful after the Republic Remnant was brought down by the Republic Loyalist Army. Most of the nations and countries under the Republic Remnant joined the New United Republic of Earth along with the restored Supreme Council of the United Republic. But only a few remained independent and loyal to the remnants of the Remnant, forming both the Resistance Pockets of the Remnant and Remnant Holdouts.
