The Droid Confederacy was a small faction based on Providence. It was run entirely by OOM Providence battle droids, who founded it after the death of Dooku, once they had fled to Providence. One of the most important events in the Confederacy's history was the First battle of Providence.
Government[]
The DC was ruled by a President. The most famous of these was Unit A-10, who also organized the Escape from the Providences and founded the Droid Confederacy. Otherwise, the government was similar to that of the CIS, which it was based on. Instead of the separatist council the DC had the Droid Parliament. Most of the more famous members of this confederacy were in the Droid Parliament, such as Q-17, Sollas Vikkal and OOM 33.
Military[]
Yeah, you might be able to stop Vikkal over there. You might even get past me. But how in the name of all that is holy do you expect to get past this lot?

The Military of the Droid Confederacy was made up almost entirely of droids. There was, however, a small Organic Corps, which consisted mainly of species like Quarrens and Colicoids which had once been allied with the CIS. The two most prominent divisions of the Organic Corps were Sollas Vikkal and Azz'gabat's squads. Another division of the DC's military was the Droid Confederacy Order, an order set up by X'Doc to train any force sensitives which were born into DC-aligned families. This order also taught lightsaber combat and philosophy to non force sensitives. Commanders in this army and navy included such legends as Unit 933, Q-17 and OOM 33, the overall leader of the army. Droids which only saw action in the DC army were Mansau, Jambas and Wipeout droids.
History[]
The Droid Confederacy was founded by the legendary Battle Droid Assassin Unit A-10 and many of his followers, after a short battle while trying to escape to their future headquarters on the planet Providence. After victory had been won, they continued on their journey. Once they had arrived on the planet, they started building factories to make more droids and places for them to live. A-10's engineers, the Mansau, build a new Central Command Computer which covered the entire planet and its nearby moon, which had been given to the organics to create their own new home. He then used this computer to give all of the droids free will and creative thinking, but kept the computer in case of a rebellion against him or in case of attack, and he wanted to evacuate all of his subjects immediately. After three years of peace, Providence was attacked by the Daahk, and a battle began, which the DC won alongside their new allies the Dar'aa Shap Halaat, who were given part of Providence's moon as their new permanent home. All the time that the Droid Confederacy had been getting along peacefully, a Galactic Civil War had been raging. Eventually the DC was found by, and allied with the Alliance to Restore the Republic, and sucked in to the war. The Confederacy, however, became more and more criminally depicted every day. Both of its enemies, the Galactic Empire and the GDE portrayed it as a very illegitimate faction because of its connections to both the Hwangje and Tuk Om criminal empires. It often supplied the Rebel Alliance, as well as its two criminal partners, with more soldiers. At the end of the war, however, what was now the New Republic turned on the DC and attempted to wipe it out. Luckily for the Confederacy, they failed several times, and the DC threatened to unleash its entire army, so the New Republic offered the DC their own area of Space if a truce was declared. The DC accepted and became the owners of a large area of space, though the exact planets in that area are unknown. UNFINISHED

Droid Parliament[]
The Droid Parliament was the main governing body of the Droid Confederacy. It was led by the President of the Droid Confederacy and consisted of most of the high-ranking individuals in the Confederacy. Organics could be in the Parliament but after a while many of the original organics in the Confederacy died, and very few other organics took their places. Eventually, the Parliament became almost entirely made up of Droids.
