Dread Lord Dralkyr, previously known as Darth Kracken and born Din-goardin Vour, was born and raised on Korriban and was prophesied to be Palpatine's successor as the next Sith to carry the titles of both Dark Lord of the Sith and Galactic Emperor simultaneously.

Biography[]

Finding the Sith[]

At this point in Kracken's life, he had encountered a group of Sith taking refuge on the isolated planet of Mimban. This was where he eventually set up a temporary home for himself, amongst five other Sith. The group trained together and even ventured off of the planet from time to time to complete various tasks. Din-Gourdin believed that he could raise an empire from these hiding Sith, but it would take time. There was no contest for Kracken, the others soon learned to look to him for leadership.

Quest for the Roonstone[]

It wasn't more than a few months after he had joined these Sith on Mimban that they received a transmission from an unnamed Sith Lord that wanted his dirty work done. Kracken and his small group agreed under the conditions that they would receive a reward of their choosing.

The mission proved a challenge, but Kracken lead them through it with ease. When they finally presented the requested object, a Roonstone, to the mysterious Sith Lord, Kracken dared to remind the Sith Lord of his promise. The Sith Lord, however, was far from kind. He flung Din-Gourdin at a wall for his insolence, then listened with much annoyance to their requests. Four of the Five Sith asked for a master, of whom the Sith Lord was unable to provide. Instead, he laughed at them until Kracken proceeded toward the Sith Lord once again, this time taking a knee and asking for a new space vessel. With a growl, the Sith Lord waved them out of his presence.

Upon arriving at their ships, it was apparent that the Sith Lord had granted Kracken his ship, as the fresh vessel waited for takeoff. This didn't mean, however, that the Sith Lord intended on giving away such a valuable weapon. Several troopers ambushed Kracken's group of Sith, who fought their way off of the planet and returned to Mimban with much less than they had hoped to gain.

The Founding of The Reborn Sith Order[]

When the group returned to Mimban, there were new Sith arrivals. As far as Kracken was concerned, there were now finally enough Sith gathered on the useless planet to start their new empire. It was named "The Reborn Sith Empire," and it's first lasting members were Kracken, Loreli, Desdemona, Apleodie, and Tyyrino. There were others as well, but they did not live long in the rough environment that this order demanded.

The Reborn Sith Order existed for the longest time in concealment from the rest of the galaxy. The Jedi had been thinking for at least a hundred years that the Sith were finally extinguished. Little did they know that a new empire was rising in their midst. None could fathom the destruction that would be caused by this order under its ring leader, Darth Kracken.

The Dark Alliance[]

Within Kracken's Sith Order, he found one Sith in particular to come in handy more often than not. His name was Darth Apleodie, a half mechanized Human. Apleodie was much like Kracken, in the areas of power. Both men quickly outgrew their peers and brethren Sith. Over the course of time, Sith of the past orders feuded amongst each other simply to decide who the leader would be. This was not the case with Kracken and Apleodie however, they did have a few duels from time to time over major disagreements. Most of the time though, these two influential and powerful men sought peace between one another. It had always been to the advantage of the Jedi that the Sith usually destroyed one another, but this would no longer be the case.

Darth Kracken and Darth Apleodie had a healthy rivalry and friendship at the same time. These unlikely allies soon dominated their opponents together on the battlefield. Not only were these two Sith able to conquer more powerful foes when they combined their strength, but they also built many great structures and masterminded several complex plans together, including the future invasion of Coruscant.

Rise of The Reborn Sith Order[]

Cementing the foundations of the Reborn Sith Order, a small Sith Academy was built on Mimban. After that, the order grew rapidly. With most of the higher ranking Sith going off on missions, they continued to take every precaution necessary to keep their premature order hidden from the eyes of the Jedi. Kracken had decided that if the Reborn Sith Order was going to grow and be a force to fight back against the Jedi, they would need an army. He was always on the lookout for the opportunity to gain such a force, if the chance presented itself, and it wasn't long before it did.

Darth Kracken received information that a king-pin casino manager had obtained a map of an ancient temple on Tammuz-An. It was said that when the chosen one entered the temple, he would have an army at his command. Whether this chosen one was him, or not, Kracken was eager to find out, but he would never be able to get into the main temple without the map. So, Din-Gourd gathered up his two most trusted Sith, Darth Apleodie and Darth Loreli, and set off for Ord Mantell's Wolport Casinos. Getting in, at first, was sneaky because the casino did not allow weapons through their doors, but it was easy enough just to manipulate the guards into letting them through anyway.

After locating and confronting Wiljo Emord, a fat Twi'lek in charge of a casino, the Sith tried several times without avail to pry the information out of him. Eventually, one of the Sith grew angry and assaulted the Twi'lek, who quickly dropped the three Sith through a trap door. Down beneath the casino, the Sith battled with spice spiders that had been imported from Kessel and brought to this casino for the sole purpose of killing whomever was unlucky enough to get on the casino manager's bad side. Darth Apleodie, aided by the power of a Kyber Crystal, leaped back up the incredibly long tunnel that they fell down in the first place. He retrieved the map from Wiljo Emord, while Kracken and Loreli discovered an escape door. Barely getting out alive, Darth Kracken took a heavy loss, as one of his arms was eaten off by the spice spiders.

Once they had regrouped, Kracken sent the other two Sith back to the Mimban Academy while he searched for a place to get a new mechanical arm. Along that search, he encountered Larien Si Torin, the Jedi Council Leader. With a little luck, Darth Kracken managed to take her by surprise on Felucia. Even though she was much more powerful than he, Kracken won by knocking the Jedi out. Unfortunately, he was in a hurry and was unable to finish her off. He hastily left the planet, but not without a reward. Kracken had retrieved Larien's apprentice and converted the young girl.

It was several weeks before Kracken finally returned to Mimban with a bionic arm replacement, and a new apprentice. There he gathered with the other Sith and planned an assault on the Tammuz-An temple. Kristophelis, most commonly called Darth Apleodie, had also gone on a few adventures in Kracken's absence. He then showed Kracken a prophecy carved on a stone that spoke of the Tammuz-An temple. This assured Darth Kracken of their destiny to become a strong order. Soon, Din-Gourd gathered up as many Sith as he could muster, and set course for Tammuz-An.

Personality and traits[]

Collected, thoughtful. Finds both the Jedi and the Sith to be fallen Orders as the Sith have no moderation and the Jedi are too held back by morals.

Powers and abilities[]

Vour employed many Force powers, several of which he either invented or greatly improved upon.

Force Lightning[]

  • In several instances he caused lightning to spontaneously erupt from the air, often many meters from his person.

Force Travel[]

  • Vour was a master of Force Travel, using it to move both vast and short distances instantaneously. In large distances he would employ the power to move from one side of a planet or starship to another, and occasionally could move between planets.
  • In duels he would occasionally use the power to instantly move around the battlefield, throwing his opponent completely off-guard. With this he could make extremely fast kills by traveling behind an opponent as they were moving towards him.

Phasing[]

  • He invented the art of Phasing with the Force. With this power he could cause portions of his body, or his body as a whole, to become immaterial, allowing objects and energy to pass through him unharmed.
