The Dollan family was a popular family from Corellia known for their production of skilled starfighter pilots. All known male members were starfighter pilots or starship crewmen under the Republic Judicial Forces, the Imperial Navy, the Rebel Alliance, or the New Republic. During the New Republic era, the Dollan family ran a small-time shipping company based in the Corellia sector.

Members[]

  • Sot Dollan (born 49 BBY) was initially a starfighter pilot for the Republic Judicial Forces. He was nearly killed while carrying out an unsuccessful bombing run over a terrorist cell's headquarters during the Separatist Crisis. After his brief retirement following the Clone Wars, he reemerged to serve the Imperial Navy as a technician and eventually rose to the rank of second lieutenant aboard a Tartan-class cruiser. After the cruiser he was stationed aboard narrowly escaped destruction at the hands of pirates, Sot abandoned his post and likely returned to retirement on Corellia. He and his wife Tessa, whom he married during the Clone Wars, bared two sons: Allyn and Aran. Later during the New Republic era, Sot founded a shipping company that secretly cooperated with a local smuggling ring.
  • Tessa Dollan (born 46 BBY) married Sot during his brief hiatus during the Clone Wars. She was likely his motive for returning to retirement.
  • Allyn Dollan (born 23 BBY) joined an Imperial academy and trained as a stormtrooper marine until defecting to the Rebel Alliance, under whom he fought as an infantry scout and briefly as a starfighter pilot. He later joined the New Republic Starfighter Corps and piloted an A-wing interceptor before retiring to help his father run the family's shipping company.
  • Aran Dollan (born 19 BBY) gained local fame as a swoop racer during his teenaged years before joining the Rebel Alliance with his brother. Aran piloted an X-wing, however after nearly crashing during a raid on an Imperial shipyard, opted to instead pilot a transport ship. He later briefly piloted a gunship under the New Republic before also retiring to help the family's shipping company. In his retirement, he bore a son named Fert.
  • Fert Dollan (born 5 ABY) piloted an X-wing in the Yuuzhan Vong War, and disappeared while his squadron was investigating reports of a Vong worldship in 26 ABY. As the rest of the squadron returned from their mission unscathed, the circumstances surrounding his disappearance remained a mystery.
