However we are pirates, and giving nicknames is part of our being.
—Dol about his nickname, "Fishcat"[src]

Dol Kipti, sometimes nicknamed "Fishcat", was a male Weequay and a member of the Ohnaka Gang in the years before the anti-piracy campaign. Although Meidro considered him ingenuous, Dol was a valorous combatant and a man with a code of honor.

Biography[]

Birth by a pirate family, Dol joined the Ohnaka Gang just when he was twelve. He took part to many raids and skirmishes and with tune he became expert in fighting. He also developed a particular code of honor like the one that had his father.

In 242 ABY, during the boarding of a vessel, he was left alone in one of the corridors in the ship and later he was captured by the Triumvirate forces and imprisoned on Coruscant. Five years later, the Devaronian Meidro was jailed in his same cell and they started a friendship.[1]
