Diary of an Alleged Jedi is an incomplete and abandoned work by Jonathan Goble set during the Knights of the Old Repubic comic book series. Written as part of TheForce.Net Fan Fiction Boards' 2012 Diary Challenge, it was to consist of Zayne Carrick's diary during the events of that series. Writing began on January 2, 2012 with the first two entries, with the author targeting 15 complete entries by January 12 (a target that was not met). The first entry was posted on January 14, 2012. The few entries that were released were published on both TheForce.Net and on the Star Wars Fanon Wiki, to allow a choice of reading methods and to reach a wider audience.

In accordance with the Diary Challenge's requirements, a new entry was scheduled to be released at least every two weeks after that for the duration of 2012. However, publishing was interrupted in March 2012 by the move of the TheForce.Net's message boards to a new host and software, which dragged out for five and a half months. By the time the boards went live again in early September, the diary's momentum was dead, and its author, who had not written anything new during the move, abandoned it. Goble has fourteen completed but unpublished entries on his hard drive, but has committed to not posting them, as he would prefer to restart with fresh and better writing if the diary is ever resurrected.
