The Delta-Bravo fleet was a massive fleet owned and operated by the Brotherhood of Blood a splinter fraction, made up of disgruntled Khoan army officers, lead by former Khoan High guardsmen and self proclaimed prophet and emperor High Director Tanos Vork, it served as the mobile capital for the organization eliminating the need for a capital. The Main command base or palace is the massive Rage class Super star dreadnought "Rage XVII", which is guarded by five Berhaim class star dreadnoughts, and two Raptor class star destroyers.
The fleet is currently the largest fleet in the galaxy next to the Conclave's* (* another splinter group) Echo-Beta fleet. The fleet features a training center "Sorrow" a Raptor II class star destroyer* (Which was destroyed by the Phoenix cell over Lothal), a Barracks the Trojan class star destroyer "Pity" , and a armory/Hanger the Titian class Carrier "Malice"* (*which was shot down over Naboo).

"Prepare Beta squad for combat" - Tanos Vork to Sargent No-Bo
The Delta-Bravo fleet was founded, following Tano's open rebellion against the Khoan ruler ship, which he felt was corrupt, and not following the traditional values of Khaon, many officers shared his views, among them the Voss longtime vassals of the Empire, some Voss joined the Rebellion as officers, soldiers, and advisers. The currently emperors was murder, and her daughter, Princess Nora Si, she was very young, and wanted revenge for her mothers death* (When her flagship was destroyed by, Beta squad, former loyalists turned separatists).
However Tano anticipated this, and allied with another splinter group, made up of merchants, scientists, corporate leaders, and military units from the Khoan colony on the frozen planet, of Reitō no sekai in the Delius system, who were angry that they were being neglected by the corrupt leaders in the Khoan senate, as a result the entire system rebelled and became the Conclave, together they built up their military forces, and developed advanced technology, they overpowered the loyalist army, in the Khoan civil war, the Khoan empire was a member of the Galactic triumvirate, so its major member states the Alliance and the Fel Empire sent troops to support the government.
Following the defeat of the separatist forces on Iso IV , the Conclave and Brotherhood split, due to differences in ideals and goals, the Brotherhood of Blood desired to restore the Khoan Empires glory through galactic conquest, while the Conclave wanted to create a new world order. Both fractions came up with the idea of a mobile command base, however the Conclave main base was on Reitō no sekai .
The Brotherhood built up its mobile base fleet in secret, and waited for the perfect opportunity to strike, finally they launched operation Deathstorm, and invaded the known galaxy, they also used a ancient teleportation device to destroy the Galactic Empire, Republic, C.I.S, and Rebels.
The Delta-Bravo fleet was deployed to Iso V, where they crushed the Loyalist Khoan patrol and garrison forces, in a three hour battle, then Beta squad was deployed to the surface, and single handily wiped out the Alliance's 5th base. Then Delta-Bravo arrived at the abandon toxic wasteland of Terrain* (The ancient homeworld of the Terrains ancient enemies of the Khoan), the Cerzka corporation was conducting experiments on force users, one experiment, named Rebecca escapes with aid of a HK-47 droid named "Twitchy", Beta squad and Helljumper squad was deployed to retrieve her, because she knew the location of the Cerzka Laboratory in which the experiments was taken place, and had a unusual genetic structure.
The Fleet engaged the Cerzka forces over Yao-Gi, in the Gi system, and effectively took down Cerzka's influence in that area.
