Darth Specter was a mysterious entity who was the founder of the Occult Regime and was responsible for creating the 2nd Clone Army. He was of unknown origins but many speculate he was a victim of Nightsister rituals or of Sith decent. Either way, he harnessed multiple supernatural powers such as Force rehabilitation, illusion, mind-melding, and genesis. In 11 ABY, he became the new Emperor of the galaxy, playing a key factor in the downfall of the New Republic. Specter was the older brother of the late Darth Kann.
