Darth Poe Wa was a Lowen Sith apprentice to the Siniteen Sith Master, Darth Decimos. He name came from the Bocce word for power.

Biography[]

Sith teachings[]

Darth Poe Wa was an ambitious Lowen who craved power. His strength in the Force was soon detected by Revan's Sith Empire, and he was recruited. He was placed under the tutelage of the sadistic Darth Decimos. Poe Wa had heard of Decimos and expected to become greatly powerful in the ways of the Sith. However, Decimos was borderline insane and frequently tortured his apprentice. During his time under Decimos, Poe Wa lost his left eye, and was forced to replace it with cybernetics. Becoming increasingly defiant despite the cruel treatment, Poe Wa eventually bestowed upon himself the title of Sith, and gave himself the name of Darth Poe Wa, Poe Wa being Bocce for power. When his master learned of this, he used the Force to restrain him, before sewing his mouth shut and torturing him with surges of Force Lightning. Following this, Poe Wa's mind shattered, and he became complacent almost to the point of servitude.

Death[]

Poe Wa was present for the Battle of Rakata Prime, where he served aboard an Interdictor-class cruiser. He had been ordered by his master to stay aboard no matter what happened. When the Sith ship was struck by a Foray-class blockade runner, Poe Wa made no effort to flee, and was killed in the subsequent explosion.

Personality and traits[]

Originally, Poe Wa was an ambitious and power hungry being, who was full of confidence to the point of being arrogant. He would do anything in order to gain power, and when the opportunity arose, he took it, with no thought for the consequences. He was also strong willed, being able to take Decimos' initial wave of punishment with no complaints. However, when he pushed his master too far, he found out firsthand the insanity that his master possessed, when Decimos tortured him with Sith lightning, before sewing his lips shut. This broke all traces of rebellion in Poe Wa, and he subsequently became little more than Decimos' slave. However, moments before he was killed, he smiled, knowing that in death he would be free of his torment.
