Darth Nebulous was a Force-sensitive zabrak male and former Nightbrother born on Dathomir in 0 ABY. He became a Sith Lord as the apprentice of the mysterious Darth Xylith. At a point, Nebulous was found by the self-proclaimed Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Xylith, and was taken in to be trained.
Nebulous was trained constantly by his master, learning multiple lightsaber combat styles, and the range of force powers his master was able to wield. Nebulous would soon master these powers and begin carrying out assassination missions for his master. In 28 ABY, Darth Xylith was killed by Nebulous after he found out Xylith was training a new apprentice, and Nebulous began training on his own.
In 5 ABY, Nebulous was found by two Sith Lords, Darth Albtraum and Darth Tormenus, on Dromund Kaas. Together, they formed the new Sith Triumvirate, and shortly after decided to make a new Sith Empire, which would be led by them. They slowly began to find young Force-sensitives to train as Sith, and also recruited many soldiers for the Empire's military, and by 34 ABY they had made their new Empire strong enough to come out of hiding.
The Sith Empire launched many attacks on the Jedi and the Republic, such as a siege on Coruscant, an invasion on Kashyyyk, and eventually a battle on Dromund Kaas, which resulted in the Sith Empire going into hiding once again, after they were assumed defeated.
