Formation[]
The Dark Empire was formed from the Dark Coalition remnants in 143 ABY. Darth Decithering had debated for 5 years before convincing the Galactic Senate to let his Coalition be the primary government system. When Decithering finally convinced them, he killed off the Grand Senator and the other Senators and began the One Sovereign Ruler Doctrine.
The Moff Council[]
The Imperial Moff Council was formed by Grand Admiral Uleme in 150 ABY. The Moff Council consisted of different heads.
- The First Head: Head of the Emperor
- The Second Head: Head of the Empress
- The Third Head: Head of the Imperial Military
- The Fourth Head: Head of the Imperial Navy
- The Fifth Head: Head of Decithering's Sith Order
The Moff Council consisted of these Members

Darth Decithering's Sith Order[]
Darth Decithering's Sith Order was formed to keep a limit of only 10 Sith Lords and 15 Assassins & Inquisitors. The DDSO relies on the Sith Code
