The Bendu monks were a sect of Force users on the planet Ando Prime. Descended from the Order of Dai Bendu that helped to form the Jedi Order, the Bendu monks lived in a temple in the Andobi Mountains until they were slaughtered by the Dark Jedi of the Bogan around 12,989 BBY.[1]
