The Crew of the Zaz was a criminal organization ran by Leozav during the Jedi Civil War and Dark Wars. Whilst it would never receive a more official name, it served as the original organization that would eventually evolve into the deep seated criminal entity known as the Three Families, as well as the more legitimate Varino Transportation Company.
