Counciler was a powerful user of the Force, who was possessed of several arcane techniques of that mysterious energy, including teleportation. He was a guardian of the balance and cared for bringing peace between a variety of fractions present across the galaxy, e.g. putting councils of Aoe into an union and standing in charge of the newly proclaimed Empire of Councils. In the New Republic times, the man unsuccessfully endeavored to persuade Shmi Skywalker not to resuscitate the deceased Sith lords with the reviving elixir, and thus sustain Darth Bane's Rule of Two, established in the ancient times. Over the following years, he instructed Luke Skywalker, introducing him to every single step he needed to take so long as to obtain the Prime Lightsaber. Once the artifact ended up held in a masked enemy's hands, who would soon turn out to be Mace Windu, Counciler saved the last Jedi's life, and in 21 ABY, due to his teleportation skills, he helped Lando Calrissian to contact Luke Skywalker and make him arrive upon the planet of Tismor in order to save his friends, kidnapped by Snoke's forces. It was the same day evening that he participated in Leia Windu's funeral on the deser Jakku.

Biography

Unification of the Aoe councils

In 6 ABY, Counciler aimed to unite the councils of Aoe, as he considered there to be no better thing than peace. With the purpose accomplished, he stood in command of the so-called Empire of Councils, after which commencing his travelling across the galaxy, hopeful of many other organizations yet to be brought together.

In 10 ABY, Luke Skywalker, the last Jedi, set off for his travelling across the galaxy with the aim of localizing as many artifacts related to the Order, fallen in the Galactic Republic era, as possible. Upon being informed by his wife Leia Windu of the Endor Jedi temple, where the headquarter of dark side users organized in the Sits Lords Order was located, the boy arrived on the moon, where his grandfather CLiegg Lars, once known as Darth Shpanner, contacted him. The former lord of the Sits, who had retained the consciousness of his in a mask once worn by Shmi Skywalker, lied to him by claiming Shmi Skywalker to have fought against the darkness when alive. He also said that, ten years before, his grandpa was scheduled for a meeting with Breadslise to have him resuscitated, though she finally died abroad a spacecraft she was present on. In the end, Shpanner ordered his grandson to find the mentioned woman and therefore go to Jakku, for her to tell him directions to his missing grandmother.
