The Council of Warlords was a group of a half dozen warlords that ruled many of the islands on Lehon. They battled the Council of Elders for power of the world by were defeated in less than a year. Their influence lasted throughout the centuries that the Elders ruled and the founder of the Boroat Dynasty, the rulers after the Elders, claimed to be descended from a Warlord at the time of the Island Wars.
