The Coronation of Tyrn Lightell occurred in 1,012 ABY when he succeeded Darth Exodeus as the emperor of the New Sith Imperium. A rogue Moff named Montross Vandergruff attempted to assassinate Tyrn using a lightsaber bomb but was thwarted when Geist Weiss warned Varek Rayth and Xael Vicar. The Moff was executed.
