Cork, later called Corkscrew, was the nickname of a clone trooper of the Great Clone Forces who served the Galactic Republic in the Second Clone Wars. Part of the 216th Battalion, he was known as the hacker and technician in Cocoa Squad. He participated in the devastating mission to Garbo where he assisted Captain Panaka and his men in hacking through the systems of the Imperial star destroyer.
During the events ofOrder 51, Cork was presumed dead when he was supposedly killed by a fellow trooper in front of his Jedi General, being shot in the heart with a single blaster fire.
Eventually, in the Third Clone Wars, Cork reappeared as one of the recruits of theClone Rebel Alliance, going under the name Corkscrew. He later discovered the location of the Dark Republic base on Koryn and informed his clone brothers. When the clone rebels assaulted the planet, Corkscrew provided assistance in guiding his brethren through the tunnels of the base. He was later captured for interrogation along with the rest of the clones, being one of the first to die due to denying the questions asked by the enemy soldiers.

Death on electric chair[]
During the assault of Koryn in the late of the Third Clone Wars, Corkscrew provided guidance towards the clone rebels via intercom. When his voice disappeared, the clones thought he was in danger and immediately entered the tunnels heading into the Republic base, where the Supreme Chancellor was supposedly residing in. Through an intense firefight, the rebels, now outnumbered due to the fall of most of their brethren, were captured for interrogation, being split into two groups. Zack, Ryo and Ramirez were brought into a room where they found Corkscrew tied up to an electric chair beside his interrogators, all covered in blood now. Corkscrew uttered a warning for them to defy the questions about to be asked before he was suddenly shot in the head.
