The Confederate Home Guard was a Human unit in the Separatist Droid Army that fought during the Clone Wars. Composed of conscripts from the planet of Orion IV in the Outer Rim Territories, the Guard acted as a special forces unit throughout the conflict.

Battle of Antar 4[]
Their first engagement was against the Antarian Rangers on Antar 4 in 21 BBY, in which Count Dooku tasked them with clearing a village from Rangers and civilians. The Home Guards took considerable casualties in the intense house-to-house fighting that followed a Ranger ambush, but were able to overcome the enemies.

It is based on the Croatian Home Guard during World War II, which was the military of the fascist Independent State of Croatia.
