The Confederate Calendar was the official standard calendar of the Confederate States of Earth, the calendar was based on the Zarkanian Calendar and was adopted following the founding of the Confederate States of Earth with the signing of the Declaration of Confederate Independence in 21 BBY, and had the secession of the Zarkan Kingdom as its starting point on the 1st of New Year, 1 ACI (1st of January, 60th Year of Union in the Union Calendar, years were denoted by the suffixes BCI ("Before Confederate Independence") and ACI ("After Confederate Independence"), an alternate version was introduced only a year later which used the signing of the Treaty of Williamstown as its starting point, however the original version remained the official and most popular version.
As in the Zarkanian Calendar the Confederate Calendar had 6 days in a week, 4 weeks in a month and 12 months in a year.
