Clan Daedron was a splinter faction of the United Clans of the Mandalore that was reestablished by Darj Daedron in mid 11 BBY following the Second Mandalorian Civil War. Clan Daedron emerged once again an independent clan.
History[]
Founding[]
Clan Daedron was originally founded by an unknown member of the Daedron bloodline around the year 4020 BBY and existed as a member clan of several Mandalorian factions including the Crusaders and the Neo-Crusaders. A number of members of the clan went on to serve Canderous Ordo when he rallied the clans under Revan's orders. Later Clan Daedron joined with the United Clans of the Mandalore, until its fall.
An Old Clan with a New Cause[]
After the UCOM was shattered by civil war, Darj Daedron, a great war-hero of the UCOM, gathered his clan and reestablished it as an independent clan. Having seen the actions of the Galactic Empire in the war Darj was disgusted with the Empires shifty tactics, viewing them as cowardly and spineless. In 10 BBY Darj was contacted by General Jan Dodonna with a request of assistance. After some deliberation Darj accepted his offer and Clan Daedron allied itself with the Alliance to Restore the Republic. A clan that had once been conquerors had become guardians of a broken Galaxy.
Battle of Altyr V[]
Clan Daedron provided vital support to the Rebel Alliance during the Battle of Altyr V saving their base from utter annihilation at the hands of the Galactic Empire.
Fall of a Champion[]
During the Battle of Mandalore, Darj Daedron, possibly he greatest leader of Clan Daedon was killed when Xeras Hanva fired on his with his AT-AT.
