The only water in the plains is the Rain.
—Rain talking about her name
Chloe Kobayashi also known under the alias Rain was a Force-sensitive Human from the planet of Naboo. Having been trained by her father, a force-sensitive Mandolorian to harness the power of the Force to a limited degree in order to do her job as an assassin, she was very adept to using it in her field of work, as she could mask her presence from others as well as resist Force-users.
Biography[]
Childhood[]
Chloe was born on Naboo, to a noblewoman and a bounty hunter. When she was very small her father went on a mission and was lost adrift on his return trip. This left Chloe to be raised by her now heartbroken mother. When she was about six or seven her mother became gravely ill and soon after Chloe's eighth birthday passed away. Chloe was heart broken and alone from then on.
Being alone[]
After her mother's death Chloe took to a life on the streets as she had to survive, while she was a resident of an orphanage she hardly stayed there and often ran away; only to be brought back by the police after she was caught stealing food and other items. This constant bad behavior earned her a strict living while at the orphanage and she hated it more and more as her time there grew longer and longer.
Learning to be a thief[]
As a way to survive, she learned how to be a thief in order to gain items she wouldn't have otherwise been able to acquire. In the city of Theed she started out as a pickpocket, stealing money from strangers and tourists that visited the planet. She was caught quite a few times by the police and each time she was beaten as a punishment for her bad behavior, but this only strengthened her resolve to become better at what she was doing.

Personality and traits[]
Chloe was considered a fierce fighter by her caretakers at the orphanage; considering she had to survive on her own for some time before living there and having had to go through harsh environments in order to carve her way of life. In combat, Rain has been shown to be aggressive, showing little mercy. A constant form of attack was her style as she displayed frightening skills which were beat into her by her father after they were reunited; she was told that if she kept on the offensive she could overcome any obstacle. This however was thankfully countered by her levelheadedness, showing that she had a sense of resolution, and a clear thought pattern, this made sure she did not lose her focus while on missions.
As a child, Chloe wasn't so bold. She was warm, silent, and not the most vocal as she seemed to be afraid of her own shadow; appearing shy, she wanted to become stronger. Her level-headedness remained though: she thought clearly and thrived to do her best in all situations. As she grew older, she grew out of her shyness, and she took on a more mature personality. Her goal to become stronger was started when she found her long-lost father, and he got her started with a harsh training regiment which allowed her to survive any obstacle, no matter what the odds. Her father also without telling her what it was started her Force training early with some mind control techniques crucial to learning how to use the Force later on. With these in hand, she started to become a stronger person as per her goal.
Powers and abilities[]
While not as versed in the ways of the Force, Chloe had the power to resist other Force-users, depending on their level of expertise. She had been shown to be able to resist the Force powers of a Jedi Knight, but she was brought to her knees by a master soon after. This resistance applied to both sides of the Force, as she was shown to break free of the Force choke of a Sith apprentice with relative ease.
Chloe's other main skill was her ability to hack almost anything robotic with little to no effort. She had used this to hack several droids to work for her to further her goals. While she could hack them, the amount of time they remained hacked depended on their inner workings, and more complex droids like the MagnaGuard, only stayed under her control for a short amount of time due to their complex systems overriding her reprogramming.
Chloe's third and largely unused ability was her actual force power as she didn't have a teacher to help her refine them. Her powers manifested wildly whenever her emotional state went into extreme levels of depression or anger. On the small chances her powers were under her own control she was noted by her father to have unnatural dexterity and reflexes as she could handle almost any weapon placed in her hands as well as fight on par with three fully grown men that were each three times her own weight.
On her travels she stumbled across the Darksaber, and she took it for her own.
