Chihiro Hyuuga was a Human Grand General from Corellia. She was a Jedi Master and head of the Galactic Alliance Army. She was commander of Jonac Lecersen's personal army. Her father was President of the Corellian Drive Yards, and her mother was the head designer for the company. Her flagship, Colossus was an enormous mobile military base, and it was the largest ship to be recorded entering into a planet's atmosphere. Chihiro was skilled in the use of many weapons, but she preferred her amethyst double-bladed lightsaber. She was also known to use two lightsabers, which were jade and aureolin, and an amber lightsaber whip.
Biography[]
Chihiro Hyuuga was born on Corellia to a very wealthy and influential family. However, she only lived in the lap of luxury for a week before Jedi Master Corran Horn came and took Chihiro to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. While there, she met and befriended Jonac Lecersen and his twin sister Aeriellia. When she, Jonac and Aeriellia completed their Mastership trials, Luke Skywalker asked them to have a seat on the Jedi Council. They agreed, and within three years, Chihiro was effectively second in command of the Jedi Order. Chihiro, alongside Grand Master Jonac Lecersen, Aeriellia, and two other Masters, Jaina Solo-Fel and Ben Skywalker were frequently called upon to advise Johanna Adolfus during her many terms as Chief of State.
Later Life[]
When the Empire began retaking planets that had once been theirs, Jonac, Chihiro, and Aeriellia stepped in. The three of them, accompanied by Jonac's Padawan, Kiska Bauer, and Chihiro's Padawan, Tomas Mueller, waged an all out war against the men and women that had one point been their allies. When the Empire invaded Thyferra, Chihiro was among the many military commanders that signed up to fight alongside Jonac, effectively bringing the entire army into the war. Within a month of the counter-invasion, Thyferra was freed from the clutches of the Empire.
Within a few weeks, Chihiro, Jonac, and Aeriellia were called upon again, this time to be used as bait. A Sith attack force was allowed to board Chihiro's ship, and within an hour, victory seemed to be at hand for the three Jedi Masters. However, when a lone shuttle boarded, Jonac was feeling overconfident, and was attacked from behind by a very powerful, unknown Force user, and was captured. When that happened, the shuttle quickly launched again, and was replaced by an even larger shuttle. This shuttle carried Jonac's former lover Mia Corlon, bearing the new title of Darth Vectadia. After a brief and humiliating duel, Chihiro and Aeriellia were allowed to leave the shuttle, and Vectadia got away.
Powers and Abilities[]
Chihiro Hyuuga was one of the few Jedi to be able to use Battle Meditation. She was also an avid practicer of lightsaber form VII or Vaapad, a technique developed by Jedi Master Mace Windu. She was also a skilled pilot and battlefield commander.
