The Charter of Imperial Service (Panasian: Costium In Imperium Livio) was the codified constitution of the Fourth Imperium. The document was written by Panarus Kopan I in the wake of his Declaration of a New Imperium. The document would supplant the uncodified post-revolution constitution of 4070 BBY along with all its amendments made during the Third Imperium. The document outlines the power of the Emperor as the autocratic ruler of the Odestrian Imperium, while also limiting said autocracy to a list of rules within Article I of the document. Failure to adhere to these rules would result in the Emperor's autocracy becoming "void" and be followed by their subsequent replacement.
