Caspian Zavarai, also known by his Sith name Darth Zavarai, was a male Human Dark Lord of the Sith who, along with Liana Ascalia, reigned as Emperor of the Sith from 3628 BBY to 3622 BBY and then ruled as Supreme Leader of the Galactic Commonwealth.

Born on the Republic capital of Coruscant as the son of two affluent politicians, Zavarai was discovered to possess an extraordinarily strong connection to the Force and the Jedi Order requested he be trained in the ways of the Force. His parents rejected this, wanting their son to have a normal life. In 3653 BBY, during the Sith Empire's invasion of Coruscant, Caspian's home was destroyed during the bombardment of the planet, and his parents were killed by the Sith Lord Darth Zavakon, who abducted him and subjected him to weeks of torture, turning him to the Darks Side of the Force. After training for almost a year in the ways of the Sith, Zavakon was killed, leaving the young Caspian masterless.

Born on the Republic capital of Coruscant as the son of Mara Zavarai and Kay Iraseth, Caspian was discovered to possess an extraordinarily strong connection to the Force. His parents refused the Jedi's requests for Caspian to join their order, wanting their son to have a normal life. In 3653 BBY, during the Sith Empire's invasion of Coruscant, Caspian's parents were killed by Darth Regius, who abducted him and subjected him to weeks of torture, turning him to the dark side of the Force. After training for almost a year in the ways of the Sith, Regius was killed, leaving the young Caspian masterless.

For many years Caspian lived in the Sith Academy as a lowly acolyte. His hate for the Republic and the Jedi increased with the years due to feelings of abandonment. Growing into a colossal and hulking young man, Caspian was eventually picked by Tremel Gryton to be the apprentice of Darth Baras. After becoming the apprentice of Darth Baras, Caspian become the Dark Lord's chief enforcer and conduit of his will.

After becoming the apprentice of Darth Baras, Caspian became the Dark Lord's chief enforcer and conduit of his will.
After defeating Baras' rival Nomen Karr, Caspian took the Jedi Jaesa Willsaam as his apprentice, who proved to be a faithful servant. After Karr's death, Caspian ascended to the rank of Sith Lord. It was during this time that Caspian also met Liana Ascalia, who had recently killed her own master Darth Zash. The two Sith Lords formed an unlikely alliance and started a romantic relationship.

Under Baras' instructions of Plan Zero, Caspian helped orchestrate a new Galactic War with the Galactic Republic and killed Baras' master Darth Vengean, allowing Baras to ascend to the Dark Council. Caspian's plan to eventually betray his master and usurp his position was derailed when Baras instead betrayed him and left him for death on Quesh. Surviving miraculously, Caspian was recruited by the Emperor's Hand, and anointed as the Emperor's Wrath, the personal enforcer of the Sith Emperor himself.

Under Baras' instructions of Plan Zero, Caspian helped orchestrate a new Galactic War with the Republic and killed Baras' master Darth Vengean, allowing Baras to ascend to the Dark Council. In the same year Caspian and Liana's son Sky was born, which triggered a newfound feeling of protectivenes and love within Caspian. Caspian successfully thwarted Baras' plans to declare himself the Emperor's Voice, ultimately confronting Baras on Korriban, where Caspian defeated Baras in battle, ending his plot to seize control of the Empire for good by killing him. Recognized as the undisputed enforcer of the Emperor's will, Caspian served and aided the Emperor and his Sith Empire in dozens of missions and battles. However, it became clear to Caspian his new master had no intention of ruling the Galaxy, but actually intended to kill all life inside of it.
  +
Disavowing his allegiance to the Emperor, Caspian instead pledged allegiance to the Dark Council and was rechristened as the Empire's Wrath. In 3638 BBY Liana gave birth to quintuplets, three boys and two girls, whom Caspian and Liana named Linus, Garlan, Seth, Morgana and Athena.
With the help of the Hand and Darth Vowrawn, Caspian successfully thwarted Baras' plans to declare himself the Emperor's Voice, disrupting many of Baras' plans for dominance of the Sith Empire.

The conflict between Caspian and Baras culminated before the Dark Council, where the Caspian defeated Darth Baras in battle, ending his plot to usurp power from the Emperor.

  +
Caspian fought tirelessly in the Eternal Empire's invasion of the Sith Empire, but was unable to prevent his empire from surrendering due to the Eternal Empire's superior navy. Caspian served as Empire's Wrath for two more years under the new Sith Empress Darth Acina, after which he embarked on a search for his missing lover Liana. Caspian tracked down his lover to Gree, where Liana was on a mission to ensure her eventual ascension to the throne of the Sith Empire. The two lovers reaffirmed their dedication to each other, and continued scheming against Acina in their plot to seize power over the Sith Empire. In 3628 BBY, Caspian and Liana carried out their coup and ambushed the Dromund Kaas system with their forces, obliterating any resistance and quickly occupying the capital. While Caspian commanded their forces, Liana made her way into the Imperial Citadel and engaged Darth Acina in a deadly duel, emerging victorious and ending Acina's life. Liana and Caspian declared themselves as joint Empress and Emperor of the Sith, and declared a new era was upon the Sith Empire, and the entire galaxy.

After their ascent to power, Caspian and Liana made huge reforms to the Empire, including but not limited to, the abolition of slavery, the creation of a democratically elected (though mostly ceremonial) legislature, the curtaining of Sith powers, and the abolition of the Dark Council. Though opposed by many, civil war was averted by their significant support among the people and their large network of allies. After purging the empire of disloyal elements, Caspian and Liana cemented their rule over the empire, while also upgrading many ships of the Imperial Fleet with Silencers. Peace with the Republic was established in 3622 BBY with the Treaty of Shili, but one year later in 3622 BBY the Imperial Fleet ambushed both the Republic capital of Coruscant and the Republic Fleet near Anaxes, bypassing the hyperlane network with a Gree hypergate generator. The simultaneous attacks on the Republic capital and fleet took the whole Republic by surprise and resulted in a great victory for the Sith Empire.
Caspian fought bravely in the Eternal Empire's invasion of the Sith Empire, striking down dozens and dozens of the Knights of Zakuul, but was unable to prevent his empire from surrendering due to the Eternal Empire's superior navy. In the wake of the deaths of most Dark Council members, Darth Acina declared herself the new Empress of the Sith, and offered Caspian to continue his role as the Empire's Wrath. Caspian accepted, but after 2 more years of service he resigned his title of Empire's Wrath, instead embarking on a search for his lover Liana, who had disappeared from the Sith Empire in the wake of the Eternal Empire's conquests.

With Coruscant occupied by the Sith Empire, and a large part of the Republic's fleet destroyed, the Galactic Senate was forced to elect Liana Ascalia as Supreme Chancellor. Liana then declared both the Republic and Sith Empire dissolved and proclaimed the dawn of the Galactic Commonwealth. Despite this, the Republic refused to surrender and Connor Zavarai, Caspian's cousin, was elected Supreme Chancellor. The demographic advantage made it virtually impossible for the Sith to occupy the Core Worlds and the Inner Rim, so on 26 Concordia 3622 BBY, Liana used the newly-completed superweapon Liberator to destroy the planet Zakuul. Facing obliteration, the Republic surrendered. With the Galactic Commonwealth in control of nearly the entire galaxy, this marked the first time the entire galaxy was under Sith rule.
Caspian traced down his lover to the planet of Gree, where Liana was on a mission to ensure her eventual ascension to the throne of the Sith Empire. Liana revealed her plans to Caspian and why she had been disappeared for many months from public life. The two lovers reaffirmed their dedication to each other, and continued scheming against Acina in their plot to seize power over the Sith Empire.

In 3624 BBY, Caspian and Liana carried out their coup and ambushed the Dromund Kaas system with their forces, obliterating any resistance and quickly occupying the capital world of Dromund Kaas. While Caspian commanded their forces, Liana made her way into the Imperial Citadel and engaged Darth Acina in a deadly duel, and emerged victorious, ending Acina's life. Liana and Caspian declared themselves as joint Empress and Emperor of the Sith, and declared a new era was upon the Sith Empire, and the entire galaxy.

The simultaneous attacks on the Republic capital and fleet took the whole Republic by surprise, and with the Silencers, resulted in complete victory for the Sith Empire.

With Coruscant occupied by the Sith Empire, and their fleet almost completely destroyed, the Galactic Senate elected Liana Ascalia as Supreme Chancellor, effectively surrendering and thereby dissolving the Republic. Though many planets refused to accept Sith rule, the newly proclaimed Galactic Commonwealth obliterated most opposition and by 3619 BBY was in control of nearly the entire galaxy, marking the first time the entire galaxy was under Sith rule. With the virtual collapse of the Republic, the Jedi Order and most of its members retreated from Tython into the Unknown Regions.

Early childhood
  +
Caspian Zavarai was born on 18 Akhet 3663 BBY in the Coruscant Federal Hospital, Galactic City, Coruscant to Mara Zavarai and Kay Iraseth. Caspian's mother, Mara Zavarai, was a member of the Congress of Coruscant, the legislature of the Republic capital, and concurrently served as its president. Caspian's father, Kay Iraseth, was a reporter for the Coruscant News Network. Caspian's parents were quite wealthy, and could afford to live on Coruscant's highest level, Level 5127, where they owned a penthouse on a skyscraper. Due to his mother's status as a respected congresswoman, Mara and Kay decided he would be given the surname Zavarai.

  +
Caspian demonstrated Force sensitivity from a very young age, being able to telekinetically move his toys from his crib. His parents alerted the Jedi Order about this, and Caspian was tested on his midi-chlorian count, which was extremely high, surpassing 20,000, one of the highests counts ever. The Jedi requested that Caspian be trained in the ways of the Force and be taken to the Jedi Temple. His parents considered the option, but ultimately refused to allow Caspian to be taken away. The Jedi respected their decision and left the Zavarai family alone, although they insisted that Caspian would eventually become a danger to himself and to others should he not be trained. When Caspian was five years old, he and his parents moved into an apartment of 500 Republica, Coruscant's most exclusive residential skyscraper, Caspian disapproved of this, as he preferred living in his old penthouse.

From the age of six, Caspian attended 500 Republica Elementary School with many other children of his age. While attending school, he occasionally demonstrated Force sensitivity, sometimes deliberately. One day in 3656 BBY, when Caspian was seven years old, he was being bullied by another boy, who called Caspian a freak, due to his Force sensitivity. Though Caspian tried to suppress his anger, and ignore the other boy, he eventually lost his temper. Caspian first tried controlling the boy's mind, but he proved too strong-willed, after which Caspian the other boy away, injuring him. Caspian felt very guilty about this, but the other children loved Caspian for it, for they also great disliked the boy.

Caspian's Force powers allowed him to become an agile acrobat, being able to make somersaults, handsprings, backflips and many others, which impressed his peers. He also had a quick reaction time and was physically stronger than other children of his age.

Later that year, the Zavarai family was visited by the Grand Master of the Jedi Order, Zym, who strongly urged the family to reconsider allowing Caspian to be trained as a Jedi, warning them that he would inevitably became a danger to himself and others. Mara and Kay once again refused, asking if a Jedi could instead give Caspian private lessons at their penthouse instead. Zym ruled out this proposal, stating that Caspian would either become a full Jedi, or not at all. Irritated, Kay and Mara angrily asked the Jedi Grand Master to leave their appartment.

Sacking of Coruscant
Shortly before the sacking of Coruscant, Caspian and his parents were dining at Manarai, a restaurant in Monument Plaza. While they were enjoying their meal, the Sith Empire invaded the Republic capital. Through the window, Caspian's parents quickly took notice of multiple Harrower-class dreadnoughts in the sky. Shortly after, the emergency siren alerted all people in the Monument Square that Coruscant had been invaded, prompting mass panic. Caspian and his parents quickly made their way outside. They hurried their way to their PL-90 luxury speeder, and set course for their penthouse. During the ride home, Caspian worryingly observed his homeworld of Coruscant being laid to waste by the Sith. Before the speeder could arrive at their penthouse, it was hit by gunfire from hostile Sith forces, and it descended towards the surface of the planet. Convinced they would die, Mara and Kay made use of what they believed to be their final moments to hug their son and tell him they loved him. However, during the descent down, Caspian stood up and told his parents they needed to jump out of the vehicle. Convinced they would die either way, they made no objection and jumped out of the crashing airspeeder.

While they were hurrying towards a building to seek shelter, Caspian noticed that dozens of meters away a Sith Lord was Force choking several Coruscanti citizens while laughing. Shocked by this cruelty, Caspian momentarily stood still to observe the event, before his parents urged him to continue their path to shelter. However, before they could continue their path, the Sith Lord noticed the family, and quickly choked his current victims to death.

As the Sith Lord walked closer to them, Mara and Kay grabbed Caspian and tried to run. The Sith Lord was amused, and used the Force to make the family stumble to the ground. As the Sith Lord approached them, Mara and Kay begged him to spare them, to which the Sith Lord laughed gleefully. Caspian, however, stood his ground and stated he was not afraid of him. This was a lie however, as Caspian was full of fear in that moment. The Sith Lord smiled, and proceeded to lift Caspian's parents in the air, before Force choking them to near-death.

Although untrained, Caspian was able to harness the Force and Force push the Sith Lord away, knocking him over and sending him tumbling into the ground. Shocked at this development, the Sith Lord decided to further test Caspian's abilities, choking Caspian's parents to death. In their dying moments, Mara and Kay reaffirmed their eternal love for Caspian, and told him to never to forget where he came from and where he belonged, after which they passed away. Caspian begged his parents not to leave him, shaking their bodies until he was crying uncontrollably.
  +
  +
Furious at the deaths of his parents, Caspian faced the Sith Lord and looked him straight in the eyes, his eyes now yellow. Caspian unknowingly tapped into the dark side of the Force, and intended to blast the Sith Lord away, but instead his fury materialized into Force lightning, electrocuting the Sith Lord, causing him to scream in pain. Before Caspian could kill him, the Sith Lord angrily lifted Caspian in the air, choking him. The Sith Lord revealed himself to be Darth Regius, and expressed his admiration that such a young child without training could possess such a mastery over the Force. Regius told the boy they would do great things together, before calling Caspian his apprentice. Still furious, Caspian shouted he would never betray the Republic or serve the Sith, but Regius simply told him the choice will not be his to make, as the dark side of the Force would consume him. Caspian attempted to electrocute Regius again, but this time Regius deflected the lightning with considerable effort, the Sith Lord than attempted to use Force Stun on Caspian to put him to sleep, but Caspian resisted his attempt, once again vowing to never serve him. Irritated, Regius engaged Caspian in a battle of wills, and although he had to put immense effort in it, Regius succeeded in rendering Caspian unconscious.
  +
  +
While he was sleeping, Darth Regius abducted the young boy and took him to his ship, before setting course to Korriban, the homeworld of the Sith. There, he brought Caspian to the Sith Academy, and restrained him on a torture device.

Apprenticeship to Darth Regius
Fall to the dark side
  +
Days later, Caspian awakened from his slumber to find himself shackled and restrained in a room in the Sith Academy. Initially, he was confused and asked where he was, however, after he recognized the face of Darth Regius, the Sith Lord who killed his parents, Caspian became infuriated and attempted to break free of his restraints. Gloating about how Caspian was too weak to save his parents, Regius blasted Caspian with Force lightning, causing him to cry out in pain. However, much to Regius's surprise, Caspian managed to Force choke Regius, even with his entire body restrained. Grasping at his neck, Regius realized Caspian was perhaps already stronger than him, and while dangling in the air, unleashed Force lightning on Caspian, causing him to lose his concentration and drop Regius to the floor. Pleased his apprentice was learning the ways of the Sith by giving in to his anger, Regius nevertheless stressed the importance of obedience of an apprentice to his master, to which Caspian replied that Regius was not his master. Laughing, the Sith Lord again subjected Caspian to Force lightning. Enraged, Caspian swore he would kill the Sith Lord, to which Regius replied by blasting him with lightning again and again until he passed out.
  +
  +
Waking up hours later, Caspian noticed he had a shock collar applied to him while he was sleeping, although he was powerless and had no way to remove it. Regius walked into the room, once again addressing Caspian as his apprentice, to which Caspian angrily shouted that Regius would never be his master. Regius expressed his admiration for Caspian's resolve, but said that he would eventually come to terms with his destiny.
  +
Walking towards Caspian, Regius released his apprentice from the restraining device, after which Caspian immediately Force pushed Regius into the wall, before blasting him with Force lightning. Caspian ran out of the room, but did not get far, as two Dark Honor Guards noticed him and blocked his way further into the Academy. Turning around, Caspian stood face to face with a displeased Regius, who proceeded to shock Caspian with his shock collar, causing him to pass out.
  +
  +
Once he wake up again, Caspian realized he was restrained again in the same room he had arrived in from Coruscant. Waiting for hours, Caspian was eventually visited again by Darth Regius, who greeted him with a friendly 'good morning'. Caspian angrily and sarcastically greeted Regius and called him a murderer, but Regius thanked Caspian for this 'compliment'. Afterwards Regius walked towards Caspian and said he would address him henceforth as 'master', but Caspian responded by spitting in his face. Angered, Regius proceeded to shock Caspian again with his shock collar, saying that that was no way for an apprentice to behave around his master. The entire day, Regius visited Caspian every hour and demanded to be addressed as 'master', but Caspian continuously refused and insulted the Sith Lord, causing Regius to torture him again and again. At the end of the day, Caspian, traumatized, begged for the pain to stop. Regius replied that Caspian knew what he had to do for the pain to stop, and reluctantly, Caspian addressed Regius for the first time as 'master'.
  +
  +
The next day, Caspian was visited again by Darth Regius, who greeted him as his apprentice. Hesitating for a few seconds, Caspian greeted Regius as his master, to which Regius smiled, pleased that his apprentice had learned to show respect to him. Releasing him from his restraints, Regius told Caspian to follow him. Afraid of being tortured again, Caspian obeyed and followed Regius around the academy into a chamber that was designed for torturing beings. Although he was disconcerted, Caspian nevertheless kept quiet and kept following his master until they arrived near a torture device which had a Jedi restrained to it. Regius asked Caspian if he knew what the person was, to which Caspian answered that she was a Jedi. Regius revealed that the Jedi was an Umbaran Jedi Padawan whom he had captured while on Coruscant, and explained that the Jedi were the mortal enemies of the Sith. Regius then demanded Caspian torture her with Force lightning in order to demonstrate his loyalty to the Sith. The young Padawan revealed that her name was Nisara Vadara, and begged Caspian to help her escape. Regius found this idea humorous, as there was no way that even with Caspian's help she would be able to escape the Sith Academy alive, and even if they did escape, they would never be able to leave the planet. Caspian was then again ordered to torture the Padawan with Force lightning, but he refused, saying that the Jedi were the guardians of his home. Annoyed by his refusal, Zakavon said that the Sith Empire was his home now, and tortured Caspian with Force lightning until he obeyed. After being subjected to much torture, Caspian obeyed. He apologized to Nisara before blasting her with Force lightning, causing her to cry out in pain. Regius turned his back on Caspian, saying that no true Sith would apologize to an enemy, before once again blasting Caspian with Force lightning. For several times Caspian continued to blast Nisara with Force lightning, but he always apologize before doing so. Regius declared that Caspian would torture the Padawan, and that he would enjoy it. It was not until the seventh time of being subjected to Force lightning, that Caspian finally gave in, and tortured Nisara until she was electrocuted to death. Pleased, Regius told Caspian he would become a great Sith under his guidance, but Caspian kept silent, secretly horrified at what he had done.

Though Caspian killed the Umbaran Padawan, his master was convinced he had not embraced the Dark side yet, so he devised another challenge for Caspian. The next day, Caspian awoke not in his usual chamber, but in a large training room. He still wore his shock collar, but his body was not restrained, allowing him to move freely. In the room were several Jedi Padawans, who had suffered from torture by Force lightning. Caspian noticed Regius was observing him from a balcony many meters above. Before Caspian could do anything, Regius addressed the him and the Padawans. Caspian was instructed to slaughter the Padawans without mercy, but Caspian refused. Regius announced that Caspian would kill the Padawans, or he would die. Regius then instructed the Padawans to attack his apprentice, promising them their freedom if they succeeded in killing their opponent. The Padawans ignited their lightsabers, and Regius shocked Caspian several times in an attempt to make him give in to his hatred. Still, Caspian remembered what his parents said to him, and refused to betray their last wishes. Caspian said he would not harm the Padawans, much to Regius's displeasure, who proceeded to apply the maximum pain setting on Caspian's shock collar for a significant amount of time.
  +
After the pain was over, Caspian was shaking on the ground, and when he opened his eyes, his blue eyes had turned into fiery yellow. Giving in the dark side, Caspian stood up, and stretched out his hands, lifting all 4 Padawans in the air, causing them to drop their lightsabers, before quickly Force choking them to death. Afterwards Caspian look his master in the eyes, full of anger, rage and fury, and at last Regius was pleased.
  +
  +
Caspian realized that he had to do whatever it took to survive, gone was the kind and adventurous boy that he was, Caspian had embraced the way of the Sith. As a reward for his obedience, Regius granted Caspian his own private room inside the Academy, with a comfortable bed and some objects to keep him busy when he was not training as a Sith. Regius also removed the shock collar from him, although he promised he would not hesitate to use Force lightning on him if he dared to disobey him.
  +
Training under Regius
  +
After embracing the dark side, Caspian became an obedient servant to Regius, doing whatever he asked, although Caspian harbored great feelings of hate for his master, and conspired to kill him at the earliest opportunity.
  +
  +
Regius trained Caspian almost every day to ensure he would be a powerful tool for his future plans. One of the first things Caspian was taught was the Sith Code, which Caspian quickly memorized. After doing so, Regius regularly had Caspian interrogate and torture subjects in order to quell any sympathy or weakness in him, Caspian did so, torturing and executing his victims with glee. Caspian repressed the memory of his parents, and came to hate the Republic and the Jedi for their weakness and indifference, possibly also because of his feelings of abandonment and the enormous amounts of pain and suffering he had to endure because the Republic had failed him personally.
  +
  +
Although Caspian was already proficient in the use of Force lightning, Regius instructed Caspian further in this ability. He also taught Caspian many other Force powers. One such power was Force choke, which Regius demonstrated to Caspian on a captured Jedi, before mercilessly executing him. Caspian proved to be a natural at mastering the ability, being able to to master it in a few days.
  +
  +
After Caspian had master the ability of Force choke, Caspian was given a training blade to learn the art of lightsaber combat. When Caspian asked his master why he didn't get to build a lightsaber, Regius replied that he had not earned that right. Caspian was regularly pitted against slaves, who quickly proved to be no match for the young boy. Afterwards, Caspian regularly trained against captured Jedi or failed Sith acolytes, sometimes much older than himself. Although the challenges were of various difficulties, from none whatsoever to a genuine challenge, Caspian managed to surmount them all.
  +
  +
During his apprenticeship to Regius, Caspian also learned other Force abilities such as Force Speed, Force Jump, Force Destruction, Force Crush and Force Wave.
  +
Masterless
  +
After approximately 10 months of training under Darth Regius, Caspian one day woke up and could not find his master in his chambers, where he almost always was. No message had been left for Caspian, and he had no clue what happened to him. After waiting for several days in his own room, a slave servant of Regius disturbed Caspian in his room, the servant told Caspian that Darth Regius had been killed by his rival Darth Iratus, shocking Regius's young apprentice. This unexpected event required a change in Caspian's plans, as he no longer had the protection or the guidance of his master. Nevertheless, Caspian decided to stay at the Academy, and train on his own to become a powerful Sith.
  +
  +
Caspian officially didn't exist, as he was neither born in the Sith Empire or enslaved by it, although Caspian was regularly spotted by various other people, including Overseers, he was prevented from being recruited into a class of acolytes by Overseer Tremel Gryton, who had taken note of Caspian's great potential. Tremel went to great lengths to secretly prevent anyone from taking the boy as their apprentice or putting him in a class with other Sith acolytes.
  +
  +
During the next ten years, Caspian continued the path of the Sith alone and masterless. He often sparred with other acolytes or training droids, and continued to improve his abilities on his own. Although without a master to instruct him, Caspian experienced a slower evolution then under his apprenticeship to Darth Regius. Aside from training at the Academy, Caspian also made various journeys to other planets to find challenges to battle against.
  +
  +
Caspian secretly received more than enough Imperial credits from Tremel, allowing him to buy food and water and whatever he needed to survive on his own. During his many years at the Academy, Caspian trained very often in the gym of the Academy, and over many years he developed a exceedingly muscular physique. When he was 16 years old, Caspian switched out his regular Sith clothes for a custom designed armor, which he based on the armor of the ancient Sith Lord Darth Andeddu. This armor placed Caspian's impressive build on display, which he often used to intimidate others. As Caspian grew older, he also became much taller than most other people in the Academy, reaching the height of 2.18 meters at the age of 17.
  +
A new master
  +
Meeting Tremel
  +
Shortly after his 19th birthday, Caspian took a shuttle off Korriban and intended to leave the planet permanently, in order to find his destiny and continue his quest for power. However, only days after, Caspian received an urgent message, urging him to return to Korriban immediately, for if he did, he would 'bring greatness to the Sith'. Although Caspian was skeptical of this claim, and even suspected a possible trap, be he decided to take the chance and return to Korriban. Following the instructions he had been sent, Caspian took the private shuttle and landed on a building near the Sith Academy.
  +
  +
After exiting the shuttle, Caspian was greeted by Overseer Tremel, who had secretly ensured that no harm would come to him for almost 10 years, although the overseer didn't reveal this information. Despite knowing that Caspian was already far stronger than his peers, Tremel nevertheless followed protocol and instructed Caspian to complete various trials in the Valley of the Dark Lords, to ensure he was indeed as powerful as he suspected.
  +
Becoming Darth Baras' apprentice
  +
Caspian was first tasked with recovering an ancient Sith warblade from the tomb of Ajunta Pall, which Caspian successfully did, and in doing so Caspian gained a worthy weapon with which he could use in his coming trials.
  +
  +
Afterwards, Caspian was tasked with slaying the Beast of Marka Ragnos, which Caspian did, but in doing so he inadvertently released a powerful dark side vergence which was felt by Sith throughout the Academy. Upon returning to Tremel, Caspian was informed that Darth Baras had summoned the young Sith Warrior to appear before him.
  +
  +
Caspian entered the chambers of Darth Baras, and immediately realized he was far more powerful than Overseer Tremel, this was a Sith Lord he could use as a way to gain power. Before facing Baras, Caspian met Vemrin, the acolyte whom Tremel sought to dispose of. Vemrin spoke condescendingly to Caspian, although Caspian knew he would have no trouble defeating him, viewing him as an inferior Sith. After Baras dismissed Vemrin, Caspian addressed the Sith Lord, who was displeased by Tremel's favoritism. Baras lectured Caspian on his hastened training, and demanded Caspian prove his loyalty to his new master by killing Tremel and bringing him his hand.
  +
  +
Caspian obeyed and went to Tremel's chambers to dispose of him, but before doing so, Caspian was confronted by Vemrin's friend Dolgis, who attempted to kill Caspian, but he was easily defeated and killed by Caspian. Upon confronting Tremel, the overseer expressed surprise at being betrayed, and attempted to put up a fight, but he was easily defeated by Caspian. Shocked by Caspian's strength, Tremel knew Caspian would go on to accomplish great things, Vemrin would be no match for him. Although Caspian briefly hesitated, he proceeded the execute the overseer, knowing he would have little use for someone like him. Caspian returned with Tremel's hand to his new master, pleasing him, Caspian was then instructed to retrieve three shards from the Tomb of Marka Ragnos, which he did.
  +
  +
After returning the Baras' chambers, Caspian was confronted by Klemral, a fellow acolyte, who attempted to steal the shards Caspian had retrieved. Caspian defeated the acolyte with no effort, before proceeding to kill him. Baras instructed Caspian in his final task, retrieving a lightsaber from the tomb of Naga Sadow. Believing Vemrin to be the weaker acolyte, Baras instructed him to stay at the Academy, but Vemrin disobeyed and followed Caspian into the tomb.
  +
  +
With the help of the slave girl Vette, who knew the intricacies of the tomb, Caspian made his way into Naga Sadow's tomb. However before he could retrieve the lightsaber, Vemrin ambushed Caspian and attempted to kill him, but he was easily defeated after which Caspian executed the man who believed he was Caspian's rival, but who was in fact only a small obstacle. After retrieving the lightsaber, Caspian returned to Baras and was promoted from acolyte to apprentice. Pleased with his regained status as a Sith apprentice, Caspian hoped that Baras would live longer than his old master Regius, for he intended to help Baras in his plans so that he could rise to the Dark Council, only to kill him and thereby gain his position.
  +
  +
Before traveling to Dromund Kaas as his master had instructed him to do, Caspian constructed two lightsabers, which would remain in Caspian's possession his his entire life and serve him well on countless of occasions.
  +
Apprentice of Darth Baras
  +
Caspian and his master soon traveled to the capital world of the Sith Empire, Dromund Kaas, specifically the Imperial Citadel in Kaas City, the headquarters of the Sith Order. Caspian carried out many tasks for his master on the stormy planet, including the assassination of some of Baras' rivals.
  +
  +
Caspian's first mission on the planet was to oversee the transfer of a prisoner from Cargo part B7. There, Caspian met Commander Lanklyn who was in charge of the operation. While the operation was being carried out, two gangs interfered: Slestack with his men and TuMarr with his men. Caspian easily defeated the thugs and secured the prisoner for his master, upon which he returned to the Imperial Citadel to inform Baras of his success. Caspian's next mission took place near the unfinished statue of of Darth Vowrawn, where Caspian met with Commander Pritch and eliminated the slave captains who threatened to reveal Baras' involvement of sparking a slave rebellion among the slaves that built the statue.
  +
  +
Caspian's next mission consisted of infiltrating Lord Grathan's compound, owned by the rogue Sith Lord Grathan, and killing his son Beelzlit. Upon confronting Grathan's son inside the fortress, Caspian also faced Cellvanta Grathan, who attempted to bargain for their lives, but Caspian was unconvinced and killed the two Sith.
  +
  +
When Caspian returned to Kaas City, Darth Baras revealed that the prisoner Caspian had secured was a Republic spy named Grik Sonosan. Altough Baras attempted to break the spy's will, he failed, and thus tasked Caspian to recover the ancient torture and interrogation device known as the Ravager, located somewhere within the Dark Temple. Caspian traveled to the Dark Temple and recovered the device, but was confrontated by a possessed Human who declared himself Lord Vacuus. Caspian effortlessly killed the self-declared Sith and returned to his master. Caspian watched as Baras interrogated Grik Sonosan with the Barrager. Sonosan revealed that the Jedi Master Nomen Karr was challenging Baras' plans, as he had been training a Padawan with the unique ability to discern one's true nature.
  +
  +
Fearing that his extensive spy network could be compromised by this Padawan, Darth Baras dispatched Caspian and sent on a mission across the galaxy to track down and destroy this threat. Baras gifted Caspian a starship: a Fury-class Imperial interceptor, which Caspian would use in his many future quests across the Galaxy.
  +
  +
Before departing Dromund Kaas, Caspian stayed several days in Kaas City. During this time, Caspian infiltrated the Order of Revan on the request of Emic Sandor. Feigning loyalty to the order, Caspian completed several missions and learned the identity of the order's master, Tari Darkspanner. Although Darkspanner though Caspian was their ally, Caspian would betray them and exposed her identity to Sandor.
  +
Hunting Nomen Karr
  +
Balmorra
  +
For his next mission Caspian traveled to the war-torn planet of Balmorra, which had played a significant role in the Galactic War as the location of military manufacturing planets and because it was located in close proximity to the Core Worlds.
  +
  +
Caspian was tasked with eliminating one of Baras' many spies: Commander Rylon, who had embedded himself amongst the Balmorran resistance. Karr had sent an investigator to expose him, so Baras decided to rid himself of Rylon. Working with Lieutenant Malavai Quinn, Caspian tracked down rylon's tracks. Caspian first recovered data from a satellite control tower in the Markaran Plains that contained evidence of Rylon's involvement in the sabotage of Balmorran defenses prior to the Imperial invasion.
  +
Afterwards Caspian disposed of Rylon's son Durmat, who knew of his father's true allegiance and was waiting to be interrogated by the Jedi investigator. Finally, Caspian confronted Rylon at the Balmorran Arms Factor, where Rylon accepted his death and fought Caspian to make his death seem convincing.
  +
  +
After killing Rylon, Caspian was contacted by Quinn that the investigator was a Jedi Knight, and that she had recorded his conversation with Rylon. Caspian traveled to sobrik spaceport and confronted the Jedi Knight Mashallon, the first Jedi Knight Caspian had ever faced. Caspian was irritated by the Jedi's belif in the purity and superiority of the Light side and attacked her .Although he expected a challenge, Caspian quite easily defeated her. Mashallon calmly accepted her fate, after which Caspian killed her.
  +
  +
Caspian met with Quinn in his office in Sobrik and reported the success of his mission to Baras. Afterwards, Quinn requested to serve Caspian and made several arguments why he would be of use.
  +
Caspian accepted and allowed Quinn to join his crew.
  +
Nar Shaddaa
  +
Caspian's next mission took him to the notorious moon of Nar Shaddaa. Caspian was instructed to dispose of Darth Baras' former agents, Agent Dellocon, who was sought protection from the Sith Lord Rathari.
  +
With the help of Baras' agent Halidrell Setsyn, Caspian destroyed the operations and plans of Rathari.
  +
By doing this, Caspian lured out Rathari into a confrontation, killing him and disposing of Agent Dellocon.
  +
Meeting Nomen Karr
  +
After completing his mission on Nar Shaddaa Caspian left the planet and he was contacted by Darth Baras, who warned him that a Republic listening outpost had been tracking his ship since the beginning of his missions. Caspian traveled to the listening post and quickly laid waste to it, killing everyone aboard.
  +
Arriving in the command center, Caspian finally encountered Jedi Master Nomen Karr himself, although by hologram. Karr asked Caspian to spare the technicians in the command center, as they were only following orders, but Caspian slaughtered them all, horrifying Karr. The Jedi Master then declared he would protect his Padawan, but Caspian stated he would hunt her down to ends of the galaxy. Karr then summoned a squad of Republic troops, declaring that they were the Republic's finest, and asked Caspian to surrender. Caspian found this laughable and easily massacred all the troopers. Afterwards Karr ended the transmission, but not before stating that he had valuable insight on how to defeat Caspian at their eventual confrontation.
  +
Tatooine
  +
With the ship's tracks covered, Caspian then proceeded on to Tatooine in his quest to lure out Nomen Karr's apprentice. Before descending to the planet, Caspian suggested to Baras that they make use of the Padawan's talents and recruit her to the Dark side, but Baras warned Caspian that seduction to the dark side should be left to masters, although he found the idea interesting nonetheless.
  +
  +
With the help of Baras' servant Sharack Breev, Caspian retraced the Padawan's trials on the planet. One of these trials included facing a reflection of oneself in an oasis. The reflection attempted to sway Caspian to the light side of the Force, but Caspian was not fooled and defeated the reflection. The location of one the Padawan's masters, Yonlach, was then revealed to Caspian. Before he set out for Yonlach's hut, Sharack warned Caspian that the Dune Sea was dangerous, but Caspian stated that there was nothing he could not conquer.
  +
  +
Caspian eventually found Yonlach's hut in the middle of the Dune Sea, where he confranted the Jedi Master Yonlach and his fellow Jedi and bodyguard Yul-Li. Yonlach warned Caspian that he had told the Padawan to remain and hiding, and advised Caspian to turn back, as he would not be capable of defeating them both. Caspian boldly refused and engaged the two Jedi in battle. Facing his greatest challenge yet, Caspian faced great opposition, but nevertheless triumphed over the two Jedi. Fearing for Yonlach's life, Yul-Li revealed to Caspian the Padawan's name: Jaesa Willsaam. But before he could reveal more, Yonlach wiped Yul-Li's memory and caused him to fall asleep to the ground. Yonlach refused to provide Caspian with any more information offered no further resistence, after which Caspian Force choked the Jedi Master and ended his life by igniting his lightsaber through him.
  +
Alderaan
  +
Having learned the Padawan's identity, Caspian then traveled to Jaesa's homeworld of Alderaan, which was enbroiled in a civil war between the Republic-backed House Organa and the Empire-backed House Thul.
  +
  +
After landing in Rhu Caenus Spaceport, Caspian met with Duke Kendoh Thul and instructed the Duke to help him with tracking down Jaesa Willsaam's parents. However the duke was initially unwilling to help and instead ordered his Sith bodyguards to attack Caspian. However, their leader FimmRess refused, reminding the duke that they would not cross the powerful Sith Lord Darth Baras and were only sent to protect him and assist House Thul's war for the throne. Fearing for his life, Kendoh quickly apologized and explained that Jaesa was the handmaiden of Lady Renata of House Alde. Caspian set out to Renata's estate and stormed the premises, fighting his way into her chambers. After murdering her personal bodyguard, Renata revealed that Jaesa had actually been a handmaiden to Gesselle Organa. She then begged Caspian not to hand her over to the Duke. Although he failed to feel any sympathy for Renata, Caspian nevertheless allowed her to remain in her estate, as this would irritate Kendoh.
  +
  +
Afterwards Caspian traveled to the stronghould where Geselle Organa was commanding her forces. After sabotaging the power generator which powered the stronghold's shields, Caspian stormed Geselle's fortress and cut down dozens of Organa soldiers, before making his way into stronghold's headquarters where he confronted the general herself. Caspian noticed that one the Organa soldiers was acting protective of Gesselle and deduced that he was Geselle's lover. Caspian started choking this soldier, and although Gesselle initially refused to give Caspian any information, she quickly changed her mind and begged Caspian to spare him, revealing that his name was Blenks and that he was indeed her lover. She revealed that Jaesa Willsaam's parents were servants at Castle Organa. Caspian then executed Gesselle after she begged him not to kill Blenks, leaving Blenks alive in his misery as he was so useless Caspian didn't see the point in killing him.
  +
  +
Continuing his mission, Caspian fought his way through Castle Organa and into the building where Jaesa's parents where located, only to discovered they were under the protection of a Jedi called Volryder. Caspian learned that Jaesa's parents were Parvin and Gregor Willsaam. Although Caspian initially intended to slay them as Baras had instructed him to do, Caspian remembered that he had his own parents taken from him, and in a rare moment of mercy, he could not bear to kill them, instead he promised them safety and protection if they joined the Empire. Seeing no alternative, Parvin and Gregor agreed, but Volryder objected to this and said he would not allow the Willsaams to leave. Although Caspian showed mercy to the Willsaams, he did no such thing to Volryder, and mercilessly slaughtered the Jedi Master and his soldiers. Gregor and Parvin were escorted off Alderaan, and Caspian was contacted by Darth Baras, who informed him that Kendoh had betrayed him and was slandering him.
  +
  +
Having had enough of the duke's nuisances, Caspian confronted the duke and accused him of treason. Although Kendoh tried to order his bodyguards to protect them, FimmRess stated that if the apprentice of Darth Baras had decided his fate, they would not interfere. Kendoh could do nothing as he was executed by Caspian, after which Caspian left Alderaan and returned to his ship.
  +
Lured into a trap
  +
Caspian was then contacted by Jaesa Willsaam herself, who said that he had arranged a meeting between herself and Caspian aboard her ship in the Outer Rim. Although Caspian suspected an obvious trap, he nevertheless traveled to the ship, feeling whatever trap was waiting for him would fail spectacularly.
  +
  +
Jaesa had indeed lured Caspian into a trap, as Caspian did not meet Jaesa on her supposed ship, but he was instead confronted by the Jedi Ulldin and Zylixx. The two Jedi engaged Caspian in battle, but Caspian easily defeated the two and killed them.
  +
Confronting Nomen Karr
  +
Upon returning to his ship, Caspian was informed by Darth Baras that Nomen Karr had finally succumbed to his machinations and agreed to a duel between him and Baras on Hutta. However Baras revealed he had no intention of fighting Karr himself, and instead instructed Caspian to confront Karr. Caspian obeyed and traveled to Hutta, where he finally met Nomen Karr, who was not surprised that Baras had not come himself. Caspian engaged Karr in battle, and although Caspian faced his strongest opponent yet, he gained the upper hand on the Jedi Master and began taunting him. Karr eventually gave in to the dark side and began drawing on his anger in an attempt to defeat Caspian. Although Caspian had to put significant effort into it, he triumphed over the Jedi and restrained him to a chair.
  +
  +
Caspian was then confronted by Jaesa, who was shocked to see that her master had fallen to the dark side of the Force. Angered, Jaesa attacked Caspian in a valiant effort, but was easily defeated. However Caspian refused to kill her, sensing that she would be a capable asset and worthy apprentice. Jaesa acknowledged the superiority of the dark side and embraced it, pledging herself to Caspian as his apprentice. Her first act was executing her former master, much to Caspian's delight.
  +
  +
Pleased with Caspian's many successes, Darth Baras bestowed upon Caspian the title of Sith Lord.
  +
Sith Lord
  +
Meeting Liana Ascalia
  +
In 3642 BBY, while researching ancient tomes in the library of the Sith Academy on Korriban, Caspian was spotted by a fellow Sith Lord, Liana Ascalia, the former apprentice of Darth Zash who much like him had been recently promoted to the rank of Sith Lord. Liana, who was intrigued by this tall and muscular Sith who she had never seen, approached Caspian without saying anything. Caspian continued reading tomes, ignoring the Sith who had approached him. Liana greeted Caspian with a friendly hello, and asked him who he was, but Caspian ignored her and simply continued with what he was doing.
  +
Slightly irritated, Liana then joked that the books, tomes and relics in the library would be of little use as to him as they could not be used for weightlifting. Caspian then coldly asked Liana what she wanted of him, and asked that she be quick about her business with him.
  +
  +
Liana then introduced herself, telling Caspian her name and that she had been recently promoted to the rank of Sith Lord after defeating her master. Caspian sarcistically congratulated her and promised to bake her a cake. Liana than retorted with a joke of her own, asking who Caspian was, suggesting humorous titles like 'Darth Pecs' or 'Lord Swole'. Having had enough of her, Caspian utilized Force choke on Liana, before forcing her to drop to her knees on the ground, daring her to insult him again. Looking up to him, Liana said that she had not insulted him at all, but was merely complimenting his physique. Caspian stated that he could kill her where she stood, but Liana disagreed with this claim, saying she was merely being polite at the moment.
  +
  +
Liana then telepathically assaulted Caspian's mind, causing him great pain. Caspian moved his hands to his head, grunting out of pain and losing his concentration, allowing Liana to stand up agan.
  +
Liana then asked Caspian again who he name was, to which Caspian replied with the truth. Liana then admitted they started of on the wrong foot, but was willing to overlook this, if he was willing to do the same. Caspian angrily demanded what she wanted of him, to which Liana replied with 'nothing, yet'. Liana then left Caspian alone, before promising they would meet again soon.
  +
Plan Zero
  +
Caspian was contacted by his former master Darth Baras on his ship, the Dark Lord revealed that his own master, Darth Vengean of the Dark Council had tasked him with destroying the Treaty of Coruscant. To this end, Vengean demanded that Baras eliminate Republic General Karastace Gonn, who had been a thorn in the Empire's side during the Great Galactic War, preventing the Empire from from conquering several fringe systems. Baras revealed that his vast intelligence network had uncovered traitors within the ranks of Imperial Intelligence who were giving information to Gonn. Having learned that Gonn was to meet some of these traitors on Nar Shaddaa, Baras sent Caspian to Nar Shaddaa to kill them all.
  +
  +
Caspian traveled to Nar Shaddaa, where he killed General Gonn and the Chiss traitor Fawste. Afterwards Caspian returned to Dromund Kaas to discuss the next move in the plot to dispose of the Treaty of Coruscant. Caspian went to report to Baras in his office in the Imperial Citadel, only to find Baras in conversation with Vengean via hologram, taking credit for the killing of Gonn. Caspian was briefly introduced to Vengean, before communications were ended. Baras then revealed that Plan Zero was intended to re-ignite a galactic war with the Republic by eliminating the Republic's military leadership, while simultaneously ensuring that the Empire's victory by having its most capable leaders killed before hostilities even began.
  +
Heart to heart
  +
Upon returning to his ship, Caspian was surprised to encounter his acquaintance Liana Ascalia there, who greeted him with a simple 'hello, there'. Caspian furiously demanded to know how his fellow Sith even knew of his location and who allowed her on his ship, but Liana replied simply that she 'had her ways'. Caspian then made a gesture with his hands to Force choke Liana, but before he could do so his mind was assaulted, forcing him to listen to what Liana had to say. Grudgingly accepting her presence, Caspian demanded to know why she was here. Liana answered that she wanted to make an alliance, as she knew they shared similar views on the reformation of the Empire. Caspian laughed dismissively, saying that she could not possibly know that. Liana replied that his mind had told her everything she needed to know, bluntly telling him that his mental defenses would benefit from some training.
  +
  +
Liana then conjured a portal and transported both her and Caspian to a grassland nearby a waterfall on the peaceful world of Naboo. Caspian was shocked that Liana possessed the power of teleportation, and took a minute to take in the view of the nature that surrounded them. Caspian then asked Liana where they were, and Liana replied that they on Naboo, a place where no one would ever find or disturb them. Caspian then demanded to know why Liana brought him there, to which Liana responded that she simply wanted to talk. Walking in the direction of the the waterfall, while Caspian hesistantly followed, Liana began that they shared a common view about the Empire. She said that the Sith infighting has always been a disadvantage of the Empire, and that the Sith's endless lust for power for themselves was an inherent flaw. She argued that together they could change the Sith, create a new order, an order where the Sith would be restricted by petty squabbles no longer and fight alongside each other for the betterment of the Empire, which would ultimately result in their victory over the Jedi and the Republic.
  +
  +
Caspian admitted that it was not a terrible idea, but stated that it was impossible, the Sith were inherently selfish and any attempt at reforming the Sith Order or the Empire was doomed to fail. As soon as their attempt to reform the Empire was discovered, they would both be destroyed. Liana countered with a proposal to found a secret organization, one of like-minded Sith, which would work to reform the Empire from within. Liana insisted that they would eventually seize power in the Empire and accomplish the eternal goal of destroying the Republic, beginning with occupying their capital of Coruscant. Surprised at the mention of his homeworld, Caspian hesitated, which Liana quickly took notice of. Caspian then sat down in the grass, staring at the waterfalls in the distance, and Liana soon sat down beside him. Having also noticed that Caspian's accent didn't sound like a typical Imperial accent, Liana concluded that Caspian was originally from the Republic. Liana apologized and asked if she had said something wrong, but Caspian simply continued staring at the waterfalls. After some time, Caspian decided to open up about his past to Liana, as for so many years had kept everything to himself, keeping all his feeling repressed, not having anyone to talk with.
  +
  +
Caspian revealed to Liana that he was born on Coruscant, which slightly surprised her, before continuing that the Sith had taken everything from him. He explained that during the Sacking of Coruscant the Sith had killed his parents in front of his own eyes and ripped him away from his homeworld, making him one of their own. He expressed his intense hate for the Jedi and the Republic, as he felt that their weakness had allowed the Sith to lay waste to Coruscant in the first place, and he felt that they both had abandoned him to the mercy of the Sith. Liana seemed to understand his feelings, asking him how he could hate the nation from which he hailed so much, without hating the enemies that caused him so much suffering. Caspian retorted that he did hate them, stating that sometimes he wished to murder all Sith in existence and lay waste to Dromund Kaas as revenge for what they did on Coruscant. Liana then revealed details of her own past, telling Caspian how she had been born a slave on Kharzem. How she and her family had endured so much pain and suffering from the Sith, before admitting that the Sith had made her who she was. She then said their hate and fury would make them powerful, and that their combined strength would be able to overthrow the established order, together they would create a new galaxy under their leadership, a fairer and more righteous one for everyone.

  +
Caspian laughed softly and derisively, to Liana's confusion. He asked what would make them so different from Jedi then, as they had similar ideals, and for some time Liana had no answer. For some time Liana and Caspian stared at the waterfalls, before Liana said that the Jedi had allowed their compassion and service to a corrupt republic to blind them. She said that the Jedi were nothing more than the Republic's lapdogs and that while democracy was a noble ideal, it needed a strong and guiding hand. Without a strong and wise ruler to guide it, any galactic state was prone to corruption and weakness, which would inevitably be its downfall. Another period of silence followed, with the two observing the nature around them. Afterwards Caspian admitted that it felt nice to finally have been able to tell someone about his feelings, but that this was just a one-time occurrence. He said that sentimentality was a weakness Sith could not afford. Liana hesitated, before agreeing with him, stating that in a Sith's life there could be no place for such weaknesses as sentimentality, friendship, affection, or love. The last word made Caspian open his eyes a little more, and he stared at Liana, who looked somewhat disappointedly at the ground.
  +
  +
Liana said that while she first intended to use Caspian as a tool in her schemes, she could not deny her attraction to him. She then quickly admonished herself for these feelings, saying that love could be a great weakness. But Caspian responded that love didn't have to be a weakness necessarily, it could also be a strength. Caspian and Liana stared at each other, seemingly confused about their feelings, before giving in and kissing each other. Afterwards the two smiled at each other, with Caspian saying they had to try this again, much to Liana's happiness.

Taris
Caspian ventured to Taris, a world devasted centuries before. On Taris Caspian was to eliminate the four generals of the Republic's War Trust, who were on a summit on the planet. Caspian was aided in this objective by Moff Hurdenn. Simultaneously Caspian also aided the Imperial cause on the planet, assisting Darth Gravus in destroying the Republic's Taris Resettlement Initiative. Caspian was aided and also opposed in this by Gravus' apprentice Thana Vesh, whom Caspian considered an insufferable brat.
  +

Caspian was introduced to Lieutenant Pierce, who assisted Caspan in accomplishing his mission. Caspian successfully disposed of the first three targets, Generals Elaxis Frellka, Minst and Durant.
  +
  +
With the help of his companions, Caspian assaulted the final target's, General Faraire's base and effortlessly killed him despite the general's best efforts. Pierce then joined Caspian's crew.

Shortly afterwards, Caspian led the final attack on Olaris which would crush the Republic and assure the Empire's total victory on Taris. In Olaris Spaceport, Caspian faced Jedi Master Cerik, easily killing him. Caspian then disposed of Thana Vesh as well, after which he reported to Darth Gravus, who lauded him for his efforts to serve the Empire.

Personality
As a child, Caspian was a kind and caring individual, who held the Republic and Jedi in high esteem. He liked to joke around and had a playful an adventurous nature. However, after he was abducted by the Sith Empire and subjected to weeks of torture and psychic domination, his will was broken and he seemingly give in to rage, attacking his captor and master. Initially, Zavarai persisted he would kill his master and return to the Republic, but every time he said this, his master would subject him to torture with Force lightning. After months of torture, Caspian embraced the dark side and slowly developed feelings of hate and resentment for both the Republic and the Jedi.

Caspian greatly resembled his father Kay, to the point that his grandmother Theresa, who hadn't seen her grandson since his abduction on Coruscant, immediately recognized him when she saw a Holenet news story about Caspian's appointment as the new Emperor's Wrath.
Still, during his short-lived apprenticeship to Darth Zavakon, still displayed compassion and sympathy to others, much to the displease of his master, who tortured him again and again until those feelings went away. Eventually, Caspian fully embraced the ways of the Sith, while harboring intense hatred for his master. After less than a year of apprenticeship, Darth Zavakon was murdered by Darth Iratus, and Caspian was sent to the Sith Academy on Korriban, where he proved himself to be a ruthless and powerful warrior. After Caspian's personality was radically changed due to his fall to the dark side, Caspian became prone to anger outbursts, and often lost his temper. He often engaged in brutality or combat with others, though as the years went by, Caspian learned to contain his anger and only release it at certain moments.

Caspian's lover Liana suspected that Caspian's strength in the Force could have allowed him to live forever.

Caspian was strong in the Force from his early childhood. As a baby, Caspian was able to use the Force to telekinetically move his toys around, which alerted his parents to the fact he was unusually strong in the Force. As a toddler, Caspian used the Force many times to levitate himself out of his crib, much to the annoyance of his parents. His power grew stronger as Caspian become older. By the time of age 6, Caspian routinely used the Force grab or move objects with the Force. The Jedi insisted that Caspian would eventually become a danger to himself and to society should he not be trained, but his parents nevertheless continued to refuse his admission into the Jedi Order.

By the age of 8, Caspian was able to use the Force to dominate the minds of children who bullied him at school, forcing them to stumble or embarrass himself, concerning his teachers. One day, when a strong-minded child who bullied him resisted Caspian's attempt to intrude upon his mind, he instead Force pushed him into a wall, injuring the child.

Shortly after this event, Caspian and his parents were visited by the Jedi Grand Master Zym, who implored Caspian's parents to let the Jedi train him in the ways of the Force. Caspian's parents refused once again, even as they knew Caspian's power would only continue to increase.

During the Sacking of Coruscant, Caspian was able to, although reflexively, use the Force to protect himself and his parents with a Force barrier from falling debris. Later when threatened with death after falling from several kilometers out of the sky, Caspian used Force stasis to suspend himself and his parents centimeters above the ground for a few seconds. When Caspian's parents were killed by Darth Zavakon, consumed by anger, Caspian unknowingly tapped into the Dark side of the Force and blasted the Sith Lord away, much to his surprise. Caspian then used all his strength to transform his rage into a barrage of Force lightning, which the Sith Lord managed to deflect with considerable effort.

Caspian's short-lived apprenticeship to Darth Zavakon introduced him to new Force abilities, which he quickly mastered. One of them would become one of his signature abilities: Force choke. During his time as the apprentice of Zavakon, Caspian also learnt the abilities of Force Speed, Force Jump, Force Destruction, Force Crush and Force Wave. He also refined his abilities of Force lightning, Force Stasis and Telekinesis. After Zavakon's death, Caspian became masterless and had to continue his training alone. This slowed down his growing strength only scantily, however.

Though Caspian was extremely strong in the Force, he was not without weaknesses. Although Caspian possessed a very strong will, for much of his lifetime he had trouble with telepathic and mind control abilities. Although he could use mind tricks on weak-minded persons, he initially had trouble imposing his will on stronger-minded persons, unlike his lover Liana, who had a natural talent for telepathy. After Liana instructed him in these abilities, he improved, though he never came close to approaching Liana's natural talent. Caspian also had trouble communicating with others telepathically, though he could communicate telepathically with those he had a close bond with, like his family. Caspian also struggled to read emotions and minds, though if he put great effort in it, he more often than not succeeded.

Though Caspian was extremely strong in the Force, he was not completely without weaknesses. Caspian also had a very strong will, and even Liana admitted she could not penetrate his mental defenses.

Caspian also had trouble mastering more esoteric Force abilities, like teleportation or Sith sorcery. Though he eventually learned to teleport, he could never use the ability across long distances, being restricted to a range of a couple meters. Caspian also usually required gestures of movements to realize his Force abilities, and only learned to use Force abilities psychically from Liana, continuing to struggle with this ability for several years.

Caspian first met Liana Ascalia shortly after he had ascended to the rank of Sith Lord. Although both of them were initially cold to each other, and considered each other mere tools in their own plans, the two quickly realized they had a common goal, and formed an alliance. The two became romantically involved, and although neither of them planned to have a lasting relationship, the attraction between them eventually became genuine love. The love between Caspian and Liana led to the conception of six children: Sky, Seth, Garlan, Linus, Morgana and Athena. Unusual among Sith, Caspian and Liana eventually married each other to cement their love, and the two became inseparable, often fighting side-by-side. The couple believed that their love was not a weakness, but a strength, which only made them more powerful and determined.

Caspian first met Liana Ascalia when he was 19 and she was 18, shortly after he had became a Sith Lord. Caspian was studying tomes in the Sith Academy Library, where he encountered Liana, who was immediately drawn to Caspian's strength in the Force. Liana first intended to use Caspian as a tool in her schemes, a means to an end, though Caspian was dismissive of her as he knew nothing of her. Liana was persistent however and tried to get to know Caspian better, much to his annoyance. Eventually Caspian grew tired of her and Force choked her, daring her to insult him again. Liana then telepathically assaulted Caspian's mind, asking Caspian to tell her his name, which he did. Caspian then angrily asked Liana what she wanted of him, but she simply replied with 'nothing, yet', before leaving him alone. She promised him they would meet again soon.

Liana later took Caspian on a trip to the serene world of Naboo, where he began to see Liana as more than a rival Sith. For the first time since his abduction from the Republic, Caspian opened up about his life and feelings, much to his own disbelief. After a long discussion, the two Sith shared a kiss, and for the first time in many years, Caspian felt genuinely happy. Although he initially believed a possible relationship would be a liability or a weakness, Caspian nevertheless became engaged in a romantic relation with Liana, both because he felt loved for the first time in years, and because Liana was an asset to him.

The birth of a child changed something in Caspian, for the first time since he was abducted from his home in the Republic, he felt the need to protect people. Caspian became protective of both Sky and Liana, and asked Liana to keep Sky's existence a secret to all but themselves and their closest servants. While they kept Sky's existence a secret, they did not do the same for their relationship, often openly showing affection in public. Though Caspian sometimes felt scared for Liana's safety, her continued assurances she was very much able to protect herself eventually put his fears to rest.

Caspian's relationship with Liana was put to the test when the Sith Emperor ordered his Wrath to either bring Liana before him, or kill her, both as a test of his loyalty to him and because the Emperor sensed Liana planned to eventually overthrow him. Realizing he had no way of possibly defying his master, as he would be hunted down, he confronted his lover in the Dark Council Chamber. Though he put up a strong fight, Caspian could not bear to kill his lover, knowing she would never go willingly and be brought before the Emperor. Deliberately losing the duel, Caspian accepted his fate, though was surprised when Liana refused to kill him. Liana then boldly called upon the Dark Council to denounce the Emperor, as this was an attack on the Dark Council's authority, and that the Emperor had abandoned his subjects. Agreeing with her, the Dark Council declared the Emperor had committed treason by attempting to have on them killed without a valid reason. Caspian pledged his loyalty to the Dark Council, and he was rechristened as the Empires's Wrath.

Laying his hands on Liana's stomach, Caspian sensed the Force in not one child, but five children. Realizing Liana was pregnant with quintuplets, Caspian became fearful for Liana's life, although Liana's assured him she would be fine. Months later, Liana gave birth to quintuplets, although they had to be placed in an intensive care unit for several months.

Growing into a colossal and hulking young man, Caspian was eventually picked by Tremel Gryton to be the apprentice of Darth Baras. It was during this time that Caspian also met Liana Ascalia, with whom he formed an unlikely alliance to reform the Empire from within and started a romantic relationship.

Caspian as a child with his parents Mara and Kay

Early childhood

Mara and Kay seemed ready to embrace death, however, milliseconds before they collided with the ground, Caspian instinctively used Force stasis to halt their descent, suspending the family in the air for a few seconds, before they hit the ground. Upon realizing their son had saved their lives, Mara and Kay hugged their son for a short time, before immediately seeking out shelter from the battle that was raging on around them.

Training under Regius

After embracing the dark side, Caspian became an obedient servant to Regius, doing whatever he asked, although Caspian harbored great feelings of hate for his master, and conspired to kill him at the earliest opportunity.

During his apprenticeship to Regius, Caspian also learned other Force abilities such as Force Speed, Force Jump, Force Destruction, Force Crush and Force Wave.

Masterless

A new master

Meeting Tremel

Shortly after his 19th birthday, Caspian took a shuttle off Korriban and intended to leave the planet permanently, in order to find his destiny and continue his quest for power. However, only days after, Caspian received an urgent message, urging him to return to Korriban immediately, for if he did, he would 'bring greatness to the Sith'. Although Caspian was skeptical of this claim, and even suspected a possible trap, be he decided to take the chance and return to Korriban. Following the instructions he had been sent, Caspian took the private shuttle and landed on a building near the Sith Academy.

Becoming Darth Baras' apprentice

Caspian was first tasked with recovering an ancient Sith warblade from the tomb of Ajunta Pall, which Caspian successfully did, and in doing so Caspian gained a worthy weapon with which he could use in his coming trials.

Before traveling to Dromund Kaas as his master had instructed him to do, Caspian constructed two lightsabers, which would remain in Caspian's possession his his entire life and serve him well on countless of occasions.

Apprentice of Darth Baras

Caspian and his master soon traveled to the capital world of the Sith Empire, Dromund Kaas, specifically the Imperial Citadel in Kaas City, the headquarters of the Sith Order. Caspian carried out many tasks for his master on the stormy planet, including the assassination of some of Baras' rivals.

Hunting Nomen Karr

Balmorra

For his next mission Caspian traveled to the war-torn planet of Balmorra, which had played a significant role in the Galactic War as the location of military manufacturing planets and because it was located in close proximity to the Core Worlds.

Caspian met with Quinn in his office in Sobrik and reported the success of his mission to Baras. Afterwards, Quinn requested to serve Caspian and made several arguments why he would be of use. Caspian accepted and allowed Quinn to join his crew.

Nar Shaddaa

Caspian's next mission took him to the notorious moon of Nar Shaddaa. Caspian was instructed to dispose of Darth Baras' former agents, Agent Dellocon, who was sought protection from the Sith Lord Rathari. With the help of Baras' agent Halidrell Setsyn, Caspian destroyed the operations and plans of Rathari. By doing this, Caspian lured out Rathari into a confrontation, killing him and disposing of Agent Dellocon.

Meeting Nomen Karr

After completing his mission on Nar Shaddaa Caspian left the planet and he was contacted by Darth Baras, who warned him that a Republic listening outpost had been tracking his ship since the beginning of his missions. Caspian traveled to the listening post and quickly laid waste to it, killing everyone aboard.

Tatooine

With the ship's tracks covered, Caspian then proceeded on to Tatooine in his quest to lure out Nomen Karr's apprentice. Before descending to the planet, Caspian suggested to Baras that they make use of the Padawan's talents and recruit her to the Dark side, but Baras warned Caspian that seduction to the dark side should be left to masters, although he found the idea interesting nonetheless.

Alderaan

Having learned the Padawan's identity, Caspian then traveled to Jaesa's homeworld of Alderaan, which was enbroiled in a civil war between the Republic-backed House Organa and the Empire-backed House Thul.

Lured into a trap

Caspian was then contacted by Jaesa Willsaam herself, who said that he had arranged a meeting between herself and Caspian aboard her ship in the Outer Rim. Although Caspian suspected an obvious trap, he nevertheless traveled to the ship, feeling whatever trap was waiting for him would fail spectacularly.

Confronting Nomen Karr

Pleased with Caspian's many successes, Darth Baras bestowed upon Caspian the title of Sith Lord.

Sith Lord

Meeting Liana Ascalia

Slightly irritated, Liana then joked that the books, tomes and relics in the library would be of little use as to him as they could not be used for weightlifting. Caspian then coldly asked Liana what she wanted of him, and asked that she be quick about her business with him.

Liana then telepathically assaulted Caspian's mind, causing him great pain. Caspian moved his hands to his head, grunting out of pain and losing his concentration, allowing Liana to stand up agan.

Plan Zero

Heart to heart

Caspian was introduced to Lieutenant Pierce, who assisted Caspan in accomplishing his mission. Caspian successfully disposed of the first three targets, Generals Elaxis Frellka, Minst and Durant.

Personality and traits

Appearance

Caspian Zavarai (transparent)

Caspian was a towering, muscular and imposing man

Caspian was fair skinned, with jet black hair and blue eyes. Even as a child, Caspian was quite tall, but not exceedingly so. In his adolescence Caspian grew taller and taller, until he towered above nearly everyone. During his teenage years, Caspian rigorously trained in the Sith Academy's gym, and he developed a muscular physique, which only grew more impressive as he grew older.

By the time he reached the age of 18, Caspian was a hulking colossus who stood 2.18 meters tall and weighed 160 kilograms. He also was broad-shouldered and extremely muscular, with a physique rivaled by few.

Caspian's height was considered one of his most defining features, as it made him stand out, especially among Humans. Among Sith, he was usually the tallest in a given place, being slightly taller than the titanic Darth Malgus. When Caspian visited Kamino, the Kaminoan Prime Minister Andra Ka joked that he may have passed as a Kaminoan if he had a longer neck.

Caspian was considered very handsome by Human and Sith standards, unlike many Sith he was not affected by dark side corruption, as he wasn't constantly immersed in the dark side.

Caspian greatly resembled his father Kay, to the point that his grandmother Theresa, who hadn't seen her grandson since his abduction on Coruscant, immediately recognized him when she saw a Holenet news story about Caspian's appointment as the new Emperor's Wrath.

Personality

As a child, Caspian was a kind and caring individual, who held the Republic and Jedi in high esteem. He liked to joke around and had a playful and adventurous nature. However, after he was abducted by the Sith Empire and subjected to weeks of torture and psychic domination, his will was broken and he seemingly gave in to rage, attacking his captor and master. Initially, Zavarai persisted he would kill his master and return to the Republic, but every time he said this, his master would subject him to torture with Force lightning. After many days of torture, Caspian embraced the dark side and developed feelings of hate and resentment for both the Republic and the Jedi.

Still, during his short-lived apprenticeship to Darth Regius, Caspian still displayed compassion and sympathy to others, much to the displeasure of his master, who tortured him again and again until those feelings went away. Eventually, Caspian fully embraced the ways of the Sith, while harboring intense hatred for his master. After less than a year of apprenticeship, Darth Regius was murdered by Darth Iratus, and Caspian remained in the Sith Academy on Korriban, where he proved himself to be a ruthless and powerful warrior. After Caspian's personality was radically changed due to his fall to the dark side, Caspian became prone to anger outbursts, and often lost his temper. He often engaged in brutality or combat with others, though as the years went by, Caspian learned to contain his anger and only release it at certain moments.

Caspian was confident, boastful and self-assured, though he was not overconfident or overly haughty, as he admitted his mistakes when he made them or knew when to yield to a more powerful or cunning opponent. Caspian was very proud of his muscular body, and he usually did not wear a lot of armor, often wearing revealing garments which showed off his physique.

Compared to many other Sith, Caspian was a pragmatic individual, he did not hesitate to form alliances with others when he considered it beneficial, and did not engage in random cruelty like many other Sith.

As a Sith Lord, Caspian was quite serious and very rarely made jokes, and when he did, they were very dark jokes or they were in a dry tone. Though after he formed an alliance with Liana Ascalia, and the two become lovers, Caspian became more open to engaging in humor and jokes.

Though Caspian had fallen to the Dark side, it was notable that Caspian was not constantly immersed in the dark side, as his eyes remained their natural color of blue most of the time. When angered however, Caspian's rage was among the fiercest of the Sith, where he often lashed out in rage with either a Force choke, Force lightning, his lightsabers or even with his bare hands.

Though there were very few beings he truly cared about, Caspian was very protective of those he did care about, such as his family. Caspian loved his lover and later wife Liana genuinely and greatly cared about his children. Despite training his children in the ways of the Sith, often quite strictly and harshly, Caspian never subjected his children to torture or never used Force lightning or Force choke on them as many Sith Masters did on their apprentices. Caspian also cared about the well-being of the galaxy in general, as he was committed to building a better future for all beings, though he also believed this could only be achieved through a strong and authoritarian state with a strong leader.

Powers and abilities

Caspian Zavarai choking a Jedi

Caspian was proficient in the use of Force choke

Force powers

Caspian Zavarai was one of the most powerful Force-sensitives in galactic history, having a midi-chlorian count of higher than 20,000. His power was of such strength that once he reached adulthood, he did not seem to age physically, keeping his youthful appearance even in his forties.

By the time he was six years old, Caspian routinely used the Force grab or move objects with the Force. The Jedi insisted that Caspian would eventually become a danger to himself and to society should he not be trained, but his parents nevertheless continued to refuse his admission into the Jedi Order. By the age of eight, Caspian was able to use the Force to dominate the minds of children who bullied him at school, forcing them to stumble or embarrass themselves, concerning his teachers.

When Caspian's parents were killed by Darth Regius, consumed by anger, Caspian unknowingly tapped into the Dark side of the Force and blasted the Sith Lord away, much to his surprise. Caspian then used all his strength to transform his rage into a barrage of Force lightning, electrocuting the Sith Lord and causing him immense pain.

Caspian's short-lived apprenticeship to Darth Regius introduced him to new Force abilities, which he quickly mastered. One of them would become one of his signature abilities: Force choke. During his time as the apprentice of Regius, Caspian also learnt the abilities of Force Speed, Force Jump, Force Destruction, Force Crush and Force Wave. He also refined his abilities of Force lightning, Force Stasis and Telekinesis. After Regius's death, Caspian became masterless and had to continue his training alone. This slowed down his growing strength only scantily, however.

By the time he reached adulthood, Caspian reached his full potential and was almost unrivaled in his Force powers. With the use of the Force, along with his lightsaber skills, he was able to defeat even the mightiest Jedi or Sith, including, but not limited to Nomen Karr, Darth Vengean, Darth Baras, Revan, Jaric Kaedan, Darth Malgus, Satele Shan and his own lover, Liana Ascalia.

Caspian's most used ability was by far Force choke, which he often used to strangle his opponents or rivals, either to intimidate them, to make them cooperate or to kill them. His control of this power was so refined he could use it to choke dozens of people in the same room, utilize it even when not seeing prospective recipient, and being able to choke beings from thousands of light years away.

Caspian Zavarai unleashes Force lightning

Caspian unleashes Force lightning

Though he used it sparingly, usually only utilizing in it in moments of intense anger, Caspian was extremely well-versed in the use of Force lightning. Being able to use it to kill beings in mere seconds. He could use Force lightning in numerous ways, including striking multiple enemies at once and the obscure ability of Ball lightning, which he could generate in his hands and then throw away.

Caspian was also adept in the use of Force crush, though he usually only used this ability in his most intense moments of rage, or when faced with defeat. He could also utilize it to torture individuals.

Caspian's greatest strength was perhaps his telekinetic potential. Even as a child, Caspian could almost effortlessly move small objects around with little difficulty, while he could also move larger objects like furniture with considerable effort. As he trained in the ways of the Sith, Caspian's telekinetic strength increased greatly, with him being able to effortlessly subdue others by holding them in place with telekinesis. As an adult, Caspian could use the Force to telekinetically grab starfighters mid-air and throw them in any direction. He could, with great effort, lift massive objects like a Defender-class light corvette. Caspian's most impressive display of telekinesis was perhaps one during the Korriban Incursion, where Caspian, with great difficulty, redirected the course of two Valor-class cruisers and made them collide with each other, causing them to explode.

An unusual side effect of Caspian's strength in the Force was that he gained and retained muscle more easily than others, which seems to have contributed to his imposing appearance.

Though Caspian was extremely strong in the Force, he was not completely without weaknesses. Although Caspian possessed a very strong will, for much of his lifetime he had trouble with telepathic and mind control abilities. This may have been caused by his childhood trauma when he dominated the mind of a boy and rendered him unconscious. Although Caspian could use mind tricks on weak-minded persons, he initially had trouble imposing his will on stronger-minded persons, unlike his lover Liana, who had a natural talent for telepathy. After Liana instructed him in these abilities, he improved, though he never came close to approaching Liana's natural talent. Caspian also initially had trouble communicating with others telepathically, though he could communicate telepathically with those he had a close bond with, like his family. Caspian also struggled to read emotions and minds, though if he put great effort in it, he more often than not succeeded. Liana noted that Caspian's difficulty with using telepathic abilities was not a hard barrier, as when in grave emotional distress, Caspian could display impressive telepathic feats, even rivaling those of Liana.

Caspian also usually required gestures of movements to realize his Force abilities, although in his most intense moments of anger or distress, Caspian could overcome this. He only learned to use Force abilities psychically from Liana, continuing to struggle with this ability for several years.

Caspian Zavarai vs Jensen Hayledea

Caspian dueling Jensen Hayledea

Lightsaber skills

Besides his enormous strength in the Force, Caspian was also extremely skilled in lightsaber dueling. Caspian was extremely skilled in Ataru, Juyo and Jar'Kai. While many thought Caspian relied mainly on brute strength when dueling due to his imposing build, this was far from true. Though Caspian sometimes relied on his strength in lightsaber combat, this was usually not a deciding factor. Despite his muscular build, Caspian made much use of acrobatic moves to defeat his opponent. His skill in lightsaber combat allowed him to defeat most Jedi and Sith with relative ease, and only the galaxy's most skilled duelists could hope to challenge him.

Caspian's fighting style was acrobatic, fast and extremely aggressive and unpredictable, allowing him to overwhelm even the most skilled duelists. On the battlefield, Caspian was a terrifying sight, deflecting all projectiles fired in his direction, and cutting down nearly all who opposed him. His ferocious style managed to triumph over even the galaxy's most experienced and accomplished duelists, such as Darth Baras, Satele Shan, Darth Malgus, Kuvira Laghima and the twin brothers Jensen and Jain Hayledea.

Though his dueling skills were impressive, Caspian was quite reliant on dueling with two lightsabers due to his preference for Jar'Kai. When dueling with Jensen Hayledea, Caspian managed to briefly push him on the defensive, but when Jensen managed to deprive him of his left lightsaber, Caspian was nearly defeated by the Jedi Battlemaster, before resorting to the use of his Force abilities.

Other skills

In addition to his skills in the Force and lightsaber combat, Caspian possessed many other abilities, skills and talents.

Caspian was a skilled pilot, though he disliked piloting a spaceship himself, finding the activity tedious and he did not engage in it unless it was necessary. Though skilled, he was far from being among the galaxy's best, as he was defeated by more skilled pilots like Jensen Hayledea.

Aside from his native language, Caspian was fluent in the Sith language, and he could also write in High Galactic.

Caspian was also extremely skilled in unarmed and hand-to-hand combat due to his extensive training in martial arts. One of the martial arts Caspian had mastered by adulthood was Teräs Käsi, which he occasionally used against non-Force-sensitive opponents. When abducted by a Sith Lord, Caspian almost effortlessly and rapidly defeated 10 security guards while wearing a shock collar.

Due to his build, Caspian was extremely strong, he could effortlessly lift humans like his lover Liana. He was strong enough to effortlessly lift humans and throw them dozens of meters away. Despite his muscular build, Caspian could perform acrobatic feats like backflips and somersaults.

Caspian was an excellent dancer, and in his private time often practiced dancing. He was also an excellent singer, though the only person who he was comfortable with singing for was his lover and later wife Liana Ascalia.

Not long after, Caspian consummated his growing attraction to Liana, conceiving a child. Nine months after, their first child was born, whom they named Sky.

Although Caspian believed he had betrayed Liana's trust, Liana forgave him, after which Caspian swore to never serve any master ever again and never betray Liana again. That night, Caspian and Liana made love. A few weeks after, Liana revealed she was pregnant again, though Caspian became alarmed at the quick expansion of Liana's stomach. Caspian and Liana named their five new children Seth, Garlan, Linus, Morgana and Athena.

Caspian's love for Liana endured, and after they defeated Darth Acina, Caspian and Liana married, becoming husband and wife, and joint Emperor and Empress of the Sith. As joint rulers of the Sith Empire, Caspian and Liana shared power, although Caspian chiefly concerned himself with military matters.
