CT-5195, also known as Marvix was a clone trooper Lieutenant who served in the Clone Wars and was the second in command of the Galactic Marines.

Biography[]

CT-5195 was born on Kamino and was trained by Jango Fett. During the training program, he befriended CC-1138, his future commander. 5195's progress as a trainee was exceptional, and his ability to deal with loss, while sometimes disturbing, was seen as a good way to help a battle keep going after a comrade's death.

The Clone Wars[]

1138 and 5195 advanced through the ranks, and by 22 BBY, 1138, by then known as Bacara, was ready to fight in the recentley started Clone Wars. In 20 BBY, 5195 became Bacara's second in command, helping to lead the Galactic Marines. A month after entering the war, 5195 was given a proper name as part of an individualization program. He was now known as Marvix.

Cato Neimodia[]

A week later, the Marines were sent to Cato Neimodia. During the course of the battle, Marvix met the Jedi Master Ki-Adi Mundi, Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Plo Koon. Marvix was given orders to disable a Droid Control Ship. He lost two men during the battle, but their loss ended up completing the mission. The troopers fell into the reactor and the Droid uprising was pushed back for a while, but the CIS had learned much since their defeat at Naboo which was also caused by the destruction of aa Droid Control Ship. Within a couple of days, the battle was in full froce again.

The Mid-Space Seige[]

Later that year, the Marines were called into service on Mygeeto. In order to gain access to Mygeeto, which was heavily blockaded by CIS warships, the Marines would have to get through the block. Bacara sent Marivx and several squads to make use of their Zero-G capable suits and destroy the lead ship, to create a chaotic situation for the CIS.

Marvix led his troops into the core of the ship. There they encountered X-1 Battle Droids. He lost several of his men, but managed to place bombs and escape without harm. Afterwards he detonated the bombs, destroying the ship.

Mygeeto[]

The next year, Marvix was sent with the Marines to Mygeeto, due to CIS uprising. Marvix's squad was sent to search for General Grievous who was possibly on Mygeeto. At the end of the battle, General Ki-Adi Mundi led his troops into a plaza at the end of a bridge. Moments later Order 66 was activated, and Marvix, along with Bacara, shot down his former General.

Post Clone Wars[]

After the Clone Wars ended, Marvix and the Marines remained active. They were first called into action to colonize Naboo.

Colonization of Naboo[]

In 18 BBY, the Marines were once again called into action, this time under the command of the Galactic Empire. The Marines were to colonize the planet of Naboo, an Outer Rim world sympathetic towards anti-Imperial activities. The Naboo, being peaceful by nature, posed little threat. However, the Marines were brutally efficient, and after Marvix ordered the murder of Naboo's Queen, the Naboo could take no more. The Naboo Royal Guard assaulted Marvix's unit and killed Bacara. Marvix immediately took control of the Marines, at which point he made quick work of all opposition. When he returned to Courascant, he was promoted to the rank of commander for his preformance in the battle.

In 10 BBY, Marvix, now too old to fight, became a stormtrooper officer. He transferred to the Imperial Navy and was stationed outside the incomplete Death Star. During the construction of the Death Star, little happened, and no interruptions came from those who opposed the Empire.

Death[]

In 5 BBY, Marvix was sent out to assist the Imperial Fleet at Corellia where a Rebel uprising had dsicovered the plans for the space superiority T-65 X-Wing. The Empire did not want the Rebels to possess such a weapon.

The Rebels sent out a group of Corellian Corvettes which ended up slipping through the Imperial Blockade and severely damaging Marvix's Star Destroyer. Marvix refused to leave the ship and eventually died when the engines caved in and exploded.

Personality and traits[]

Marvix was not nearly as cold as his friend, Bacara. He had a sense of humor that was extremely cruel. He was also very intelligent, and was very good at taking orders, as for most of his fighting career, he was a second in command. He was also good at dealing with loss, although this resulted in his cruel sense of humor.
