The Brotherhood of Chaos, also known as the Neo-Sith Empire was a separatist group within the Voss Ascendancy, made up of hardcore and militaristic expansionist who wanted to expand the Voss power and strike out at future threats, and seek revenge on the Jedi and Sith for using them as proxies in their decade long war. The Brotherhood of Chaos militants seized control of Nillon and along with twenty-four other star systems declared their independence from the Voss Ascendancy whom they viewed as weak, and corrupt.
