The Battle of Taanab was one of the longest battles of the Phyrexian War, and resulted in a partial (but hollow due to the death of legendary hero Wes Janson) victory for the Galactic Alliance when the Wraiths successfully rescued several prisoners and refugees from Phyrexian captivity.
