The Battle of Sullust was a skirmish between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems. It took place in 21 BBY.

Infiltration[]
The 72nd Sector Group was assigned to take control of the planet of Sullust. The battle seemed like it was going to be an easy one—Sullust had a ridiculously small defense fleet, considering the importance of SoruSuub. But, as always, there was a catch—the strong shield generators were able to protect the major cities from any bombardment the 72nd could throw at it. General Ni Resh devised a plan to take a small infiltration group to the planet, and disable the shield generator protecting the capital city.
The infiltration team consisted of Ni Resh and Orsen Ze'kla and their Padawans, Kerzz Squad, Alu-mann Vissel, and Dy-No-Myt. Alu-mann's elite droid force, consisting of nine C-85E droids, I3C-85, and MDT-16, was brought along for firepower. They entered the planet in an underpowered free fall in Kerzz Squad's ship, the Silver Zephyr. Alu-mann escorted them in his starfighter. They made their way to the residence of Snllr Deep, the son of Sullust's Senator, and a friend of Alu-mann and Dy-No-Myt. There, they devised a plan to enter the city: using lava-resistant submarines to enter through a lava vent. While Snllr acquired the submarines, the infiltration team waited in their newly created hideout. The next day, a group of SoruSuub combat droids attacked them at the hideout. General Resh determined that the hideout was known, and worse, so was their mission. They acquired three submarines, and entered the capital city. Then, while the droids made a distraction at the capitol building, the rest of them blasted their way into the shield generator. While they reached the control room fairly easily, there was a security officer who was constantly changing the passwords. Kerzz Squad went to the basement to hack into the system, while the rest of the group guarded the generator room.
Battle[]
While Kerzz Squad was disabling the shield generator, the Jedi found themselves up against Darth Leigon. The Dark Jedi was inexperienced, however, and was quickly defeated by the Jedi.
And then the shield generator was down, but the Republic couldn't drop in yet. The Jedi had to disable a trio of anti-air turbolasers while Kerzz Squad joined the fray. They did, and Republic landers filled the city with clones.
After a fierce battle, the Republic managed to defeat the Separatist armies and take control of Sullust.
