The Battle of Rodia was a battle during the Bane Crisis and was fought between Republic forces and those of the Disciples of Bane. It was fought above the planet Rodia, home of the Rodians.
The Battle[]
Following the Disciple's success at the Battle of Strageus, Darth Galepius decided to launch his fleet against other targets. The next target in the Disciple's line of fire was Rodia, which was defended only by the Rodians' home fleet.
As the Disciple's fleet arrived, led by Darth Razor, the Rodians' launched their fleet into attack. However, Razor commanded a vastly superior force, and the Rodians withdrew after a brief battle. However, the Rodians did damage Razor's flagship, resulting in the death of his aide, Commodore Bacqui. The Disciple's then proceeded to bombard Equator City, causing massive lose of life.
Aftermath[]
The Rodians, faced with the threat of further bombardment and invasion, surrendered to the Disciple's, who then used the planet to mount further attacks on nearby planets. The planet was only liberated following the destruction of the Disciples at the Battle of Eriadu.
