The Battle of Ord Mantell was a conflict between the Galactic Republic and the forces of the Sith Lord Valin Aresh which took place in 1,389 BBY. Republic forces were bolstered by the presence of several Jedi, including Mali Darakhan. The Jedi managed to turn the tide and force Aresh's fleet to retreat.
