The Bastion Confederacy was an Imperial government formed after the Treaty of Bastion was abolished around 157 ABY. The Empire began to rearm and, in 196 ABY, the Triumvirate War broke out, which broke up the Galactic Federation and the Third Galactic Empire was soon established.
