Aurea Hali was a female Miraluka who was friends with Echon Tarkin.[3] She joined him on the mission to Voltar in 7 ABY.[2]

History[]

Early life[]

Aurea was born to Arwen and Tarash Hali on the planet Cerea in 5 BBY. Sometime before 7 ABY, Aurea was separated from her parents and wound up traveling with Echon Tarkin.

Journey to Voltar[]

In 7 ABY, Echon and Aurea arrived at the planet Eriadu. Soon after arriving Echon met up with Celeste Ial, his childhood friend.[3] Echon was captured by Celeste's second-in-command, Evan Zenete. Aurea utilized her mother's journal snuck on board Celeste's ship, the Frayed Hunter. After nearly dying in the cargo hold, Aurea managed to reach Echon and free him. The Frayed Hunter reached the planet Voltar and was shot down. Aurea, Echon, and Celeste crashed onto the surface via an escape pod.[2] Shortly after crashing, the group was captured by Nationalist troops only to be rescued and subsequently capture by the witch Mila.[4] While being held at the Refiek farm, Aurea managed to impress Mila with her Force powers. She, Echon and Celeste were loaded onto a truck headed for Nayt Fillion's base.[5]

Behind the Scenes[]

Aurea Hali was created on December 18, 2007.[6] Her back story was expanded in Failure at Cerea.[1] On January 1, 2009, Aurea was nominated for Best Light-sided Individual by Helljumper051 in the Fourth Star Wars Fanon Wiki Awards. [7] Author Josh Bender nominated Aurea for Good Article status on August 22, 2009 but he revoked it a day later.[8] Along with Echon Tarkin's, Aurea's article was rebooted on September 16, 2009 to fit to Josh's novel Imperial Treachery.[9]
