Ashla was a female Togruta Jedi youngling who lived and trained at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant prior to and during the Clone Wars.
Biography[]
A Togruta female from the planet Shili, Ashla was a member of the Bear Clan, and trained under Jedi Master's Yoda and Depa Billaba for a time. She was present when Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi came to Yoda to seek information about a missing planet called Kamino. Like the rest of the clan, Ashla greeted Kenobi and laughed at some of Yoda's jokes. During her training, Ashla carried a blue-bladed lightsaber.
Around 20 BBY, Ashla was one of the Jedi to be missing on Coruscant. It is revealed that she was killed by the dangerous bounty hunter Aurra Sing.
