The Arke'en-Exiled Treaty was a treaty between the Mandalorian Exiled and the Tribunal of Allegiances giving them protection and safe harbor in Arke'en Territory in exchange for help in the war effort against the Death Watch. This was due to the successful annex of Mandalore into Theta's control. The Treaty also allowed for the Exiled to join any section of the Arke'en Military, excluding the government. The Exiled were given an Ambassador to give them a voice in Wolf Star Coalition decisions.
