The Anoth Jedi Academy was an academy located on the planet Anoth. It was constructed by the Jedi to safeguard the Anoth system. It was captured by the Sith during the Great Jedi and Sith Schism.
By the time of the Reaver War, it was headed by Jedi Master Terap-Ind-Minda. He and the rest of the Academy were killed by the Reavers during the Battle of Anoth.
