Anakin Solo was a Human male Jedi Knight of the New Jedi Order. The son of Han and Leia Organa Solo and the grandson of his namesake Anakin Skywalker, Anakin Solo was burdened by the connotations of his name and was determined to not follow the same dark path as his grandfather.

Early life and training[]
Anakin Solo was born six years after the Battle of Endor to Han and Leia Organa Solo. Like his older twin siblings Jacen and Jaina, Anakin was strong with the Force and, at the age of twelve, began training at the Jedi Praxeum on Yavin 4 under the tutelage of his uncle Luke Skywalker.
During this time, he became close friends with Tahiri Veila and received training from Master Ikrit.[1][2] He and Tahiri later accompanied Ikrit and Master Tionne on a trip to Vjun to recover the lightsaber of Obi-Wan Kenobi.[1][3]
Jedi Knight[]
After the Imperial Sith War, Anakin graduated to the rank of Jedi Knight along with his siblings.
In 35 ABY, Anakin accompanied his father in attending negotiations between the New Republic and the ruling council of Corellia over shifting the capitol of the Republic from Corellia back to Coruscant. During the meetings, both he and his father were surprised to learn that an ancestor of theirs, Jonash e Solo, had briefly ruled over the Old Republic thousands of years ago.[4]
They later traveled to Mon Cala, where the New Republic had received a distress call from Toah Jarsan, warning them to "beware the Glorians." Tracing the message back to four different systems, Anakin was chosen to go to Dantooine, one of the systems the message had been received from, along with a team of Jedi, Republic troopers, and Imperial stormtroopers to find the missing Toah Jarsan.[4]
