Alpha-clone troopers, also known as super clone troopers, much like normal clone troopers were highly trained soldiers in the Grand Army of the Republic, the armed forces of the Galactic Republic in its final years. Bred from the genetic template of bounty hunter Jango Fett, clone troopers represented the latest evolution in galactic warfare at the time, largely due to their superiority over battle droids.
This was until Alpha clone troopers were created. Alpha clone troopers were part of a secret project created by the Kaminoan Scientists secretly, away from both the Jedi and Sith. The projects creator and father of these clones was Arre Lu. These troopers were made to outlive their fellow brothers and to ascend into the ranks of the Galactic Empire. They played the same roles as normal clone troopers did, but they had a few differences, after a certain age, their aging exellerator chips would. Each Alpha-clone were genetically modified with experimental abilities. Each of their abilities seemed to be completely random, as the Kaminoans wanted to experiment and see what they could create. Arre Lu after being rejected several times by his superiors, decided to go against their orders and started making his own clones in secret. He only revealed them later after they became a success. His superiors were very greatful, but instead of rewarding him, they had him stripped of his status, killedh him, and threw him out into the seas of Kamino. They stole all of his work continuing what Arre started.
