—Alen Bastra
Alen Bastra was a male human who was the director of the Titaniate's Ministry of Intelligence. Formerly a Minder of Imperial Intelligence, Alen served the Sith Empire for many years, from the opening days of the Great Galactic War, through the Cold War, and the Galactic War. He was a part of the team assigned to investigate Xanathe Sinan and his conspiracy following the New Empire's destruction. During this time, Alen investigated the Sinan family extensively, including the Darth's daughter, Qo'un, and eventually began to sympathize and agree with her beliefs and vision for Imperial society.
He covertly worked to clear Qo'un of any wrongdoing but was responsible, at least in part, for the execution of her father. They became affiliated through this and forged a partnership, where he worked as a contact and informant within Imperial Intelligence for the Sith Lady. When the Sith Lady assumed the mantle of Darth herself, she offered Alen a position as director of her burgeoning spy network, an offer he accepted. He joined Titania on Neroth, enjoying the comforts of his newfound position and authority, and used his knowledge and expertise to shape the spy network into a formidable intelligence agency.
