The Airhammer-class battle hovercopter was a type of hovercopter gunship used by the Necasian Military during the Cruentusian War. It was introduced late in the second year of the war following the Battle of Kothlis as a counter to the Srav Drapeznik, and the need for a more offensive air vehicle. The basic frame of the hovercopter was built from captured Srav Drapezniks, and both of them mostly relied on primitive repulsorlifts for altitude, with rotors to provide stability and defense. Unlike its Srav equalivent, the Airhammer could transport soldiers, although it was less heavily armed. Equipped with rotating machineguns and basic missile launchers, the Airhammer was also quicker than the Drapezniks, and gained a reputation as a fearsome strike vehicle.
