CT-1011/1014, nicknamed Zack, was a clone trooper of the Great Clone Forces serving the Galactic Republic during the Second Clone Wars. He was a member of the elite Draen Squad. Even though most of his team died on Boaca, Zack was eventually promoted to a commander and graduated from Advanced Recon Commando training along with fellow survivors of the squad.
Surviving Order 51, Zack later joined the ranks of the Clone Rebel Alliance and fought in the Third Clone Wars. His participation in the Assault of Koryn finally saw the end of his life when the clone rebels were captured by enemy soldiers for interrogation. He sacrificed himself in order for the others to escape.

Early life[]
Zack, designated CT-1011/1014, was one of the millions of clones bred on planet Kylone.
Raiding Boaca[]
During the middle of the year 57 ABY, Zack's team, Draen Squad, was chosen to execute Operation: Grasslands on the planet Boaca. They were tasked to eliminate all Dark Empire outposts throughout the surface of the uninhabited world for a duration of three months.
When his squad failed to take out the last three outposts, the entire strike team was forced into retreation. Most of his squad had already died by the time they fled the planet. And so, Zack was later on promoted into a commander and an ARC trooper along with Herc, Afro, and Kreese.
Last stand[]
Zack participated in the Assault of Koryn, where the clone rebels attempted an ambush upon a Dark Republic base to kill the Supreme Chancellor. When they reached a tunnel leading into the base, most of the clones were killed during an intense firefight with enemy soldiers. Outnumbered, the surviving rebels were captured and taken to two separate rooms for interrogation.
Zack, along with Ryo and Ramirez, were brought into a small room with a large glass pane on the right wall, where they met a bloodied Corkscrew being held captive and shot in the head in front of them. Outside, down one floor: Arc, Turnpike, Meller, Jang, and Orii were being tortured. Zack's group was just beginning to be tortured when Zack attacked one of the enemies, grabbed his blaster and killed the others, with Ryo and Ramirez joining him. More enemies came down the staircase into the room and shot down one by one of the clones, leaving Zack alone.
He instantly took out a grenade; as he pulled off the pin, Zack was shot in the chest, followed by three more shots on his abdomen and his back. On his knees, he tried to throw the grenade but was shot in the head and instantly collapsed. The rolling grenade exploded near some flammable chemical tanks, incinerating the entire room, distracting the soldiers interrogating Arc's group. Arc and the rest killed their interrogators before fleeing the planet with an idle freighter.
Appearance[]
Zack has the typical black hair of most clone troopers. He would usually spike it up. His skin was bright, and his eyes were dark brown. After Order 51, Zack always preferred the color black for all his outfits.
Personality[]
During the Second Clone Wars, Zack had quite a cold character. But later on during the Third Clone Wars, he became a more caring person, often risking his life to save other soldiers rather than himself.
