This year was known as Year 165 before the Great ReSynchronization.

- Around this time Asaa was invented.
- The Saccharii are created on Epistylia.
- Camili Boont briefly falls to the dark side on Ash and then exiles herself to Pirgan Lydanz.
- End of the War of the Two Confederations (203 BBY - 200 BBY), East Aerman Confederation led by Nortalia forced into a stalement against the Zarkan Kingdom-led West Aerman Confederation. Nortalia's de facto vassals of the East Aerman Confederation begin to sue for peace with the Western nations and abandon Nortalia.
- East Aerman forces (except Nortalian units) gradually withdraw from the occupied Yuktan Republic as they make peace with the Western powers. By this point the Yuktani Insurrection has basically ended, but de jure continues until the surrender of Nortalia.
- Nortalia sues for peace. Zarkan Kingdom and her fellow conservative Western nations win de facto hegemony over the continent of Aerlandia, the Aerman Confederation is established, the predecessor to the League of Earth Nations. Nortalia is barred from joining the Aerman Confederation, but is allowed to open an embassy.
- Official end of the Yuktani Insurrection. As part of the peace treaty Nortalia withdraws the last of the Eastern occupation forces from the Yuktan Republic, a ceasefire with the Yuktani insurrectionary forces is declared.
- Second Adinian Expedition: Almost a soon as the War of the Two Confederations has ended, the Zarkan Kingdom reactivates the Royal & Imperial Expeditionary Corps and dispatches it to invade Adin-Morin to avenge the Adinian capture of the Protectorate of Zarkanian Qellukia in 202 BBY.
- Second Adinian Expedition: The R&IEC conducts a lightning campaign in Adinia, capturing the capital, Adinia, within three weeks.
- Treaty of Adinia: Adin-Morin is forced to sign a humiliating treaty: Adin-Morin is allowed to keep Qellukia, but must pay 75% of her yearly earnings to the Zarkan Kingdom for the next 25 years, is only allowed to raise 10% of the total size of her military during the expedition and must promise to never engage in hostilities against Zarkania ever again. The treaty also allows the Zarkan Kingdom to maintain a garrison in Adinia until all of the demands are met.
- Adinian Riots: The treaty causes riots in Adinia, the R&IEC and enlisted native forces suppress them.
- Urde Ra'akdoon is discovered on Mors by the Jedi and taken back to the Jedi Temple for training.
