Chapter Three: Turning Point

It has arrived.

Across the Galaxy, in dozens of places, affecting countless worlds, the Turning Point of the GA-Imperial War, now the Sith-Imperial War, has arrived. The Galaxy trembles in fear.

On Roche, the forces of the Galactic Alliance engage Xaare and the Verpine Separatists, whom have gathered support from the Confederacy and Empire. As their vessels rush to aid the Verpine fleet, apparently outnumbered, Xaare prepares to unleash his trap.

At Concord Dawn, the Alliance has withdrew from its blockade of the system and gathered it's fleets from Ossus and Mon Calamari into one full fleet, preparing to engage the ten Star Destroyers Mandalore the Shadow and rogue Moff Aden Kya have gathered to defend the Mandalorians.

At Nubia, Jedi Knight Bonadon gathers the Kiffu Guardians together with the armadas of Aargau, Kiffu and Kuat, preparing to engage the full Confederacy fleet there. Both sides hope to end this battle before Alliance Interdictors arrive to cut-off the Confederacy retreat.

Across Confederacy worlds, the defence forces are retreating, leaving behind devastated worlds in their wake, a policy of 'scorched earth' that has devastated Fondor, Thyferra, Bassado, Yag'Dhul, Bestine, Devaron, Tynna, Ando, Druckenwell, Ryloth, Derra IV and countless other worlds as the Confederacy gathers its smaller fleets into a larger one at Eriadu.

On Varonat, the fate of the Confederacy is being played out as Petra Tarkin duels with Jedi Knight Tenk Qatar for the allegiance of the Mugaari Empire, which could turn the war around in the Outer Rim. Confederacy Corellia and Gyndine have become fortresses, preparing to destabilise the Alliance rear and prevent them chasing the Confederacy back to Eriadu.

At Adumar, the Chiss armada under Princess Marasiah Fel has arrived, and, with her Chiss allies, Imperial Knights and Tann Chiss, they intend to throw back the Alliance forces surrounding the Imperial world.

But, the greatest turning points are at Bastion and Hapes. On Bastion, the Grand Imperial Union, Yuuzhan Vong and Galactic Alliance have brought a vast armada to engage Grand Admiral Veed. The Moffs Assault Fleet, under the command of the Sith, has intervened, and found itself facing not only Jedi and Yuuzhan Vong, but Followers of Palawa and traitorous Twilight Jedi.

Cade Skywalkers life remains in the hands of Kira Romar and Darth Zorn, whom are clashing aboard Skywalkers shattering cruiser, in the very centre of the battle. Jedi Master Lowbacca had

But, on Hapes, the meeting between the Emperor Roan Fel and Grandmaster Kol Skywalker has been soured by the intervention of Twilight Grandmaster Kogun Shay. His attempt to kill the Emperor forced Darth Krayt to move early, and Sith and Jedi and Imperial Knights clash blades on this neutral world.

Yet, as Kogun Shay chases after the Emperor and his guardian, Antares Draco, the true architect of the Sith revelation has become clear. Maleficarum, the mysterious leader of heretic Sith and close ally of Kogun Shay, has intervened to kill the Emperor.

The Turning Point, weighed down by the deaths of Simeon Ternor and Lowbacca, is being held up by Kira Romar, Kol and Cade Skywalkers, Wolf Sazen, Kogun Shay and, to everyone's disbelief, Maleficarum.
